Recently renovated first floor unit, not ground floor. This unit is perfect for a family getaway,
couples trip, or families traveling for baseball/softball tournaments. Unit can sleep 6 adults or 8with kids.
Both bedrooms have king-size beds with an ensuite Full bathroom. Wall-mounted smart TVs and ceiling fans. Bunk room with Privacy door has built in bunk beds and a bathroom next to them. So 3 bathrooms total!!
Queen sleeper sofa in the living room is also available. There is a fully stocked kitchen and
dining area, plus a breakfast bar. Travel light and wash your clothes in the washer and dryer
conveniently located in the unit. Wi-Fi is provided to our guests at no additional fee. The walk
out balcony has amazing views of the Gulf and beach, as well as the Pier.

Warnings and Restrictions:
 Tidewater and this unit are completely, 100% smoke-free, including the balcony. Vaping
is also not allowed in this unit.
 Primary renter must be 25 years or older. Under no circumstances can an adult or
parent rent for their underage (25 or younger) kid(s) and leave them unsupervised for
their stay. An adult must remain for the duration of the rental. If an underage guest is
left unsupervised, they will be removed from the property and rental payment will be
non-refundable.
o Tidewater is a family resort, not intended for college-aged spring breakers.
 No pets allowed in this unit.

 Fees for payments by credit card from international travelers will have a $75.00 increase
in total cost.
 There is a separate $54.01 + tax Tidewater registration fee, which includes a max of 2 parking passes
and 8 wrist bands per unit. Guest will need to provide Government photo I.D. when booking and when picking up Wrist bands/parking passes
