Grand Panama 5th Floor Gulf Front, Same Level As Walkover!

Pets considered in the non peak season. One pet per rental, 25 pounds and below.

Enjoy the convenience of this 5th floor gulf front condo on the same level as the walkover from the parking deck across the street. No waiting on elevators!

The master BR comes with a King size bed on the water with balcony access (the largest balcony offered at the Grand Panama--20 x 12), and a private bath with a garden tub, custom walk in shower and double vanity. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

The second BR comes equipped with a king size bed, private bath, and flat screen TV.

This condo is big enough for the whole family, with bunk beds in the hall and a queen pullout sleeper sofa.

The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You never have to leave the condo with a washer and dryer at your disposal. Also, high speed wireless internet is available, free of charge.

Relax on the balcony table and chairs, sun yourself on the outdoor lounge, listen to the surf, sip a glass of wine, and gaze at golden sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

ABOUT Grand Panama

:Property features three pools (two seasonally heated), two hot tubs, on-site tiki bars and snack bar, a gazebo by the tiki bar, on-site dining and shopping, seasonal live music, exercise room, kiddie pool, BBQ grills, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, WiFi hot spots.

From our brand-new upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf.

Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (both heated seasonally), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center..

Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Motorcycle parking passes will remain at $15. Resort Pet Fee is $50 up to 7 days, $5 per day after.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to PCB normally at least once a year and this by far is probably the cleanest room we’ve ever had. We normally feel the sand on the floor under your feet but there was none of that this year. Amazing view and this room is on the same level as the walk over from the parking garage so no extra elevator to get to your room. We would for sure stay here again!

Beach get away

The condo is great - exactly as shown on the website! The amenities are great and being on the 5th floor (same as walk over) was handy! The living room set up would be tough for larger groups - a sectional sofa would be perfect!

The best week ever!

Perfect place to stay for a family of 5! The room was just as listed. Biggest balcony we have ever had on the beach, perfect sunset pictures with the pier in the background, lots of dolphin activity every AM! Perfect location on the strip in the middle of everything. The condo has a rooftop pool & hot tub as well as one on the beach. Such a perfect trip! Can’t wait to book again next year!

Great Balcony

The large balcony was everything. The depth of it meant you could enjoy the weather outside but be in the shade when the sun was glaring. Beautiful view. The space inside was good too. The kitchen could use a few more utensils and cookware, rubber spatulas, pans etc. I do wish they didn’t allow people to blast music at the pool. No one wants to listen to someone else’s music. Overall though it was a positive experience.

CLEAN GROUNDS AND COMMON AREAS

STAY WAS GOOD OVERALL - LIKED THAT THE GROUNDS AND COMMON AREAS WERE KEPT CLEAN AND THE CONVENIENCE OF THE PARKING GARAGE. ONLY NEGATIVES WERE PARKING IN THE GARAGE WAS HARD WITH A LARGE TRUCK AND SPACES WERE ALL PRETTY SMALL - HARD TO GET IN AND OUT OF. WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE DESIGNATED TRUCK PARKING FOR LARGER VEHICLES. UNDER THE BEDS IN OUR CONDO WAS VERY DIRTY BUT OTHER THAN THAT WAS GOOD.

Vacay week

We had a great time. The cleanliness could have been better. Coffee maker wasn’t clean, we dealt with ants. Washing machine broke first day with a full wet load in it and had to deal with that. Didn’t get fixed so we had to buy more clothes because we didn’t bring enough thinking we could wash. Condo was decent. Stay was pretty good.

Building is away from all the larger more congested highrise rentals and the beach is much less crowded. This condo did not have the same living room furniture as shown in advertising pics. There is no area rug, no coffee table, and only one arm chair in the living room. Master bedroom king bed was as hard as a rock and incredibly uncomfortable:( Bathrooms were the perfect size and patio furniture was lovely. Curtains to offer privacy for the hallway bunk beds was a nice touch. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Great Condo!

We loved this condo and it was the perfect size for our family of 5! It is definitely large enough to accommodate 8 people. We loved that it was on the 5th floor (not too high and same level as the walk-over). The only night we couldn't get parking on the 5th floor was the first night we arrived since we got to the property late. It has a huge balcony and lots of space for a family. It was nice to all be on the balcony at the same time and have dinners/breakfasts together. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella in the closet. That made beach going so much less stressful as we didn't have to pack or buy these items. We also loved that the kitchen was adequately supplied. It was great to have large pots and the crockpot! You'll want to bring additional toilet paper, paper towels, and dish pods/laundry pods. Some are supplied, but depending on how long you are staying, it may not be enough. The only issue we had was figuring out how to lock the door when we left. Some detailed instructions on this would have been useful, but property management was helpful when we inquired about it. The whole condo felt like home to our family during the week we were there. You won't go wrong by choosing this condo! We loved it!

Best Vacation Yet

Our family visits PCB every year. We have stayed at Gulf Crest, Gulf Highlands, The Shores of Panama, and the Grand Panama. This was the best vacation we’ve had to date. We only have one complaint but it was not a deal breaker for us. Before I mention the one negative, let me talk about all the amazing things about this condo. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for the entire stay. There was plenty of space for everyone. The balcony was the largest I’ve ever seen. There was no wait times for an elevator. The beach chairs that came with the unit were nice to have for the week. The pool was not overcrowded at any point. There were always chairs available. The unit is so accessible from the parking structure. It’s literally next to the walkway which is also super convenient. The one thing that made the stay a little less than perfect is the mattress in the master bedroom. It was as hard as a rock. We dreaded going to bed every night because we knew we would wake up with sore backs and hips. This didn’t ruin our stay of course. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was amazing. My daughter loved the mattress in this room. I would 10/10 recommend this condo to anyone. Our family probably won’t ever stay anywhere else. If the owner of the unit reads this comment, I would like to say thank you for allowing our family to stay in your unit. We had an amazing vacation!
