Must stay in the condo

I think it’s located in a very beautiful area overlooking the gulf of America and the whole area looks nice and pleasant would do it again. I love to visit. I loved the view. I loved the town.

Our stay was fantastic! The condo was beautifully decorated, the balcony was the deepest we’ve ever seen allowing shade and more privacy. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed and the beds were very comfortable!

Family Beach Getaway

We flew in from the Pacific NW for a family week on the beach. This condo was perfect. Spotless, well located and feet from miles of white sand. It had everything we needed for a family of five. The building is well maintained and the management company was very responsive to questions. The only small thing we would suggest is instructions on finding the unit’s parking space as they are randomly strewn throughout a four story garage!

Despite the weather being cooler and windier than expected, the condo was a great, relaxing getaway. The condo was great, on the beach, and had a wonderful balcony. I would go there again, preferably when it's warmer.

Beautiful Condo

Condo was beautiful plus very clean and comfortable. Only negatives were no fault of condo owner: no umbrellas at the pool and assigned parking spot was hard to locate.

Wonderful get away

Everything was so easy! I love the location. The condo is very comfortable. The beds were comfy and furniture. I absolutely love the balcony which is big and spacious. We had everything we needed. I will book this condo next year. FYI - parking space for condo is on 2nd floor, we had a little trouble finding it.

Great, Clean and update Condo.

We were so pleased with the condo enough room for my family. Kitchen was fenomenal. 2 Bathroom has help tremendously with showers for my kids. Had a great experience and we will considere come back next year. The view of the ocean was a breath taking. Thanks.

Property was very nice as shown on website. We had a beautiful ocean front condo with beautiful sunsets.Only suggestion is let your guest know what level your parking spot is on. Maybe it was sent to us but we couldn't find it nor was it written down in the condo. We did find it after about a half hour. Not a big deal but much needed. It is very easy to load and unload the car with 4 wheel carts by the elevator. We would definitely go back.

Family vacation 2024

We loved our stay at this condo. The checkin was easy & beachfront was gorgeous & convenient. The parking deck is tight so beware. Vending machine wouldn't work but no big deal. Condo was spotless & decorated pretty. Loved that the T.V. was already loaded with Roku apps & wifi worked great. The condo was stocked with a very dish/cooking utensil you'd need. Make sure you bring kuerig pods, salt/pepper, spices or any condiments you may need. 10/10 recommend!!

Very Nice Condo

Very nice condo with large balcony and great view of the beach. All of the appliances were like new. Clean! The only little inconvenience is with the property. We have stayed at Tropic Winds many times and for multiple years one of the elevators is down. Can lead to some long waits. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Great Overall

The property itself was nice and clean. All appliances were working properly and the location itself was great. Management was very prompt as well with the master toilet seat repair as it was cracked upon our arrival. Only issues I had involved the bunkbed that was questionable in terms of stability and would sway/jerk with the slightest bit of movement. 2 of our guests who were to sleep in the bunk didn’t feel comfortable doing so, understandably, so they slept in the same bed right next to it. In addition, the master mattress was very firm and not as comfortable as hoped. Still was a great condo overall and would recommend.

I thought the unit could have been cleaner. All surfaces were cleaned but chair rungs, coffee table wrought iron, headboard were very dusty. There was no dresser in the second bedroom and the light in the closet didn’t work.The second bathrooms tub water never got hot only lukewarm. The kitchen could use a pair of scissors. The maintenance person did come and fix the outlets in the kitchen that stopped working. Loved the balcony. That was terrific!!

Inaccurate description

The reason I paid more was hot tub in this property. However, it was not mentioned in listing that it’s for 12 year and older. We were not allowed to use that at all as we had 4 and 6 year old. And the rules were strictly followed by staff. The kitchen sink had leakage and we had to use towels as kitchen floor was all wet from garbage disposal. It was nasty. And when we tried to use washer it didn’t work. Overall, the whole stay was horrible.

Great Place but horrible night staff

We stay at this building every year for the last few years. The building and all the places we stayed are great! However this year was the first year some friends came down at the same time and came over to eat dinner after we went deep sea fishing. The information for additional parking (where the extra parking lot is) was completly incorrect and non exsistent. The locaiton of the office was incorrect and by the time I found the office they were closed. We walked up and down the street trying to find the addtional parking they talked about being "adjacent to the building) and there is not one. We did run into the only person on staff that was walking around and told him some friends were there to eat and would only be here a few hours and parked in the additional parking lot across the street (the one they say is for yiour second car and you need a pass for $50). We were willing to pay $50 for him to park there but was told by staff that he was busy and did not have time for that, and to go ahead and park overthere. That is would be ok as long as it was not over night. We said thank you and promised to be out soon as there is a quiet time at 10p. As we walked out around 945p we were shocked to see that the car was towed, and the worker told us oh well I misunderstood. Even though we pointed to the car when we asked. Needless to say we had a 20+ drive to the tow lot and $150 to pay and another 20+ min drive back. We didnt get back to the place til 11p and was $150 less.

Our stay was perfect. The room had everything we needed. Loved the little thoughtful touches throughout the condo - extra towel rods and robe hooks, etc. The extra beach items like noodles, sand buckets and the foam boogie board were such a nice addition as well. We really enjoyed it and would most definitely stay again. The kitchen was great, laundry room was great, master bed and bath were amazing - lovely view of the ocean, even the extra room was perfect and had a bunk bed and full sized bed! Just a wonderful place. Thank you!!

This was a great condo, the master bedroom, balcony, living room and kitchen were awesome. The queen bed in the second bedroom had seen better days, you can tell where someone tried to fix it by adding more slats on top of the box spring, but it was uncomfortable.

Great hosts

I can't speak to this condo, as it had an unexpected plumbing problem right before our stay, but the hosts were very accomodating about finding us another condo to stay, which ended up being a 1BR upgrade. It was a very nice, clean and had a great view of the gulf. I highly recommend staying in one of their properties.
