Spring Break Trip

We love Gulf Crest and have stayed in this building before. This condo was in a great location for our family and the views were great. The condo could use some regular maintenance and a bit better cleaning on the gorgeous patio and windows looking out at the view. We did enjoy our stay here and would look at staying here again in the future.

My Stay

Very nice place to spend time with family. Only thing I found wrong was there was no ladder to get onto top bunk bed. We had fun. The location was great, away from the big crowds. Very secure place! I will be back next year.

Spring Break 2024

Paula was great! We drove through the night and were able to check-in early. The condo was clean and spacious. Gulf Crest is a great place for families with both older children (we had 3 high school seniors) and younger. Lots of activities within walking distance and a Wal-Mart too. Beach is gorgeous.

Clean, pretty and comfortable!

We so enjoyed our stay here and we will be back again! The place was comfortable, nice living room furniture with a comfortable pull out sofa bed, all the linens we needed. Close to the parking lot and close to the beach- since it’s only the 3rd floor. Beautiful view of the beach from here too. Paula was quick to respond and worked with us on our schedule and moving dates last minute due to weather. She was wonderful!

Perfect area for a beautiful view of the ocean and pool!

We love staying at Gulf Crest!! The pool area is always clean and security watches for safe playing for families with children. This condo unit was a perfect location. The kitchen does need some updating like the stove is old so the cooktop burners either cooks too fast or too slow and the oven temp is off too. The laundry dryer is set to shut off every 57 seconds with no notes to get clothes dry. The floors could have been cleaner upon arrival. Other than these few things...it was a wonderful stay. We would stay again.

Excellent condo on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent 4 days here in March and had an excellent experience. Clean, spacious, spectacular view, good pool and facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. 3rd floor is just right. Feels right on the beach without being so close that people can look in. Huge balcony.

Location, Location, Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved that we could park on the 3rd floor and walk across the short walkway to the room and no waiting on the elevator. It was a quick in and out. The view is great and you feel like you’re right on the beach. The beach is close and was not crowded because the mega developments are further away. We found it convenient to drive to everything we wanted with nothing being more than 20 minutes away. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The manager was easy to get a hold of when we had a question. We would stay again if in the area.

Loved this property - quiet and away from the crowds. Beach chairs were amazing and the guy that sets them up was really helpful. Beds were comfy and there was lots of space. A few essentials were not there when we arrived, but they were delivered a few days after we already bought what was needed. We left them for the next guest. One or two laundry pods would have been nice… Maybe a little overpriced, but we did enjoy our stay!

We had an amazing stay here! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The view was unbeatable - nothing like waking up to the sound of the waves. The location was perfect too. Close to restaurants and shops but still peaceful and relaxing. The host was super friendly and responsive, which made check-in a breeze. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect Panama City Beach getaway!

This place was amazing…the view from inside the unit is gorgeous. And the balcony is one of the biggest I’ve ever seen. Also, it was located convenient to things but also secluded enough to feel relaxed. I would definitely come back…and hope to soon.
