Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this rental was super easy. We had a great time. We had 12 people and it was very roomy. We had plenty of room to eat and gather for movies. The view is amazing, the beach is very nice and wasn’t over crowded, the pool was warm as promised.

Very spacious loved the area as well as Hidden Dunes condo. Only issues needs some updates and not stocked well at all. By far the worst stocked condo we have ever stayed in, but because of views and location as well as the uncrowded beaches will definitely be back.

Spacey and relaxing get away

The condo was nice and very big. It was really clean. The condo looks way nicer in person than in the pictures too. The TVs have been upgraded and are all nice. The beds aren't super comfortable but being worn out from the sun it wasn't an issue falling asleep what so ever. The pool is very nice and always has plenty of chairs open. We had an issue with the hot tub and they came out and fixed it the same day. The balcony has nice chairs to sit and relax on. Overall it was great place to stay and was only 20 minutes from pier park.

Spring Break Group

I stayed at this condo with a group of 10 people and we had a great time. It was very spacious and there was plenty of room for us all. I had a few complaints, but they were mild. We had multiple run-ins with odd permanent residents in the common spaces. At one occasion, while the girls in our group were alone in the elevator, an older gentleman came in telling them that he lived there, asking them what floor and unit they were staying in, and becoming upset that they wouldn't tell him. In terms of problems with the condo itself, the hot tub was the biggest disappointment. They say it's drained and cleaned between every stay, but when we arrived it was filthy, with large amounts of hair and other gunk floating in it, and it wasn't even filled enough to be up to your waist when sitting in it. Additionally, it didn't heat up for our entire stay, despite attempting the "fixes" listed in the email. The bedding was also a small issue, as there wasn't extra bedding provided for the pullout sofa's, so I would recommend you bring your own blankets if you plan on using them. On our final day, the cleaning crew arrived two hours prior to our check out time, however, they did leave once they realized we were still there. My final complaint is that I never received any responses to my communication while I was there. I asked two questions about my stay to the number they had texted me from, but I received no answers. It's a beautiful location, and the condo itself is well decorated.

CONDO NEEDS UPDATES AND MATTRESSES

First off, the layout of this condo is great. Large living room area is fantastic. The 2 green sleeper sofas need to be thrown out. The stains on them were disgusting. We never sat on them bc we were grossed out. I can't imagine trying to sleep on them. The stories they could tell... The updated living room furniture was very nice. Leather sofa and recliners.The kitchen needs a major update. Has a new fridge (which is nice) but stove is almost dangerous bc the burner indicators have been worn off. So you have to turn on a burner and wait to see which one it is. Sterling silver silverware needs to be cleaned properly, looks very dirty. Or just get updated silverware. Kitchen cabinets need redone and cleaned thoroughly. The mattresses on every bed ARE AWFUL. A couple bed had pieces of plywood to try to help. I literally tried different beds bc I couldn't sleep at night. Didn't help at all. Excellent laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Master bath had been updated. The other 2 bathrooms could use some updates specifically the showers. Big dining room table which is great. Great bar area next to kitchen. Private hot tub was great bc the "heated" pool for the complex wasn't very warm. The lid to hot tub needs to be replaced as it's falling apart. We were constantly picking pieces of Styrofoam out. The location was great. We were there in December so not a lot of traffic. Unless a few updates were made AND NEW MATTRESSES we would not stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The stay was a great getaway for us.The view is beautiful, and the sunsets are fantastic.However,We had a few problems when checking in:1.The TVs.(no one of the three TVs worked).2. The master bedroom mattrass was so squeaky, so much so that we decided to sleep in another of the bedrooms.3. one of the lamps in the master was pulled of its holder and not working.4. The stove had so much use you could not see the control gages, all were erased.In response to our call to the company a very nice maintenance person came and fixed the TVs and the lamp but said he would report the mattrass problem to corporate.We spend the entire stay in the third bedroom since unable to stay on the squeaky master bed.The condo must have been very beautiful to begin with but unfortunately after a lot of use has developed quite a few problems.We still had a good time and enjoyed our stay despite those defects.The company managing the property was responsive to our call and they attempted to remedy most of the defects.

Super Nice Vacation

We had one minor maintenace issue that turned out to be just a GFCI electrical outlet circuit breaker that was tripped causing the electric to be not working in a couple of rooms. We sent Bob an email and he told us what to check for and it was simple to reset the breaker. After that eveything was perfect and we will be renting this condo again in the future.

We loved everything about the room. We hope to stay their again, We alway come to Panama City, in Sept. But i have already look to see about makeing reservation for 0ne are two weeks, and was disppoined to find you don't have a full 7 days opened in the meddle of the month of Sept of 2026. I would like to tell you to, that after adding on Sunday, we had a man and woman and a little boy, who was standing outside of the door suspiciously knocking several times, and was told the first time we opened the door the phrase Never Mind! the next knock we answerd the door and the three was standing their asking when we was leaving. It was upseting, because we had no idea who these people was and what intentions they had.. It made us afraid to leave the room, not knowing if we came back the three people would be in our room. Other then that we enjoy our stay. Thank You!
