We were 2 families with 2 kids who stayed at this place for a week. On the first day of our arrival we realized that the wi-fi passport was not working. We notified Vrbo team right away and the next day a person came over and set up some hotspot wi-fi box which ended up not working. We notified Vrbo support team that the hotspot box was only allowing to download with the speed of 0.02 mbps. We explained that 2 people depend on wi-fi and they have to work from Monday till Friday (IT jobs). For 3 more days nobody came over to fix the issue. When wi-fi ppl came over they said we were provided a wrong password from the very beginning. 3 days later the sewage water started coming out from under the wall. There is some pump installed inside of the wall which is supposed to pump the toilet water through the pipes. All this sewage water got soaked by the living room carpet which nobody picked up for 3 days. We had to bring it out and leave it in the hallway ourself. The smell was ridiculous !!! Unsanitary, having two kids in the apartment. Maintenance person came over and said he could not fix the issue. Cleaning lady came over and flushed the toilet, all the sewage started leaking from under the wall again. Then first plumber came over with an iPad, took some photos and left. He said that somebody would come tomorrow. Tomorrow 2 more plumbers came over just to look at it and say that they don’t know how to fix it. We were left half of the vacation with one bathroom for 6 people.
