Patience is a virtue

This property is a great condo. Huge with plenty of room for 6 people. Well appointed and in the middle of.it all... That being said, it is also very popular. Wait times for the elevators can be a little frustrating, but as long as you are on "vacation" time there are no worries. Grear resort as well with 5 nice pools and no reason toeave as there are great restaurants to choose from. Will stay there again.

Five nights to relax.

Great location, wonderful staff, comfortable bed, easy access to beach, air conditioner will freeze you to death, TV in Living Room was great with multiple apps already installed for the channels we use at home. Condo was not dirty but could’ve been cleaned better. Front door needs to be repainted. Lightbulbs need to be put into the fixtures in the living room and kitchen (only one working bulb in each fixture so the room was very dark). Elevators were not working at random times, and when they were working very very crowded (this is of no fault of the condo owners, but just information). Condo is not a penthouse, but just one of a number of condos on the top floor. These small issues are only for feedback and I would encourage anyone to rent this condo. You will enjoy it and we did also.

A good spot for a family trip maybe a different unit with a different owner who maintains better

We enjoyed our stay here for the most part. The location is convenient to the beach and there are multiple, clean, family friendly pools on site. Our main complaint is the cleanliness of the apartment. we had to have the owner/their representative come wash the coffee mugs which were not washed from previous renter and the master bath shower curtain had black mold on it. After they washed the coffee mugs, later that day, we went to cook and the silver wear was FILTHY, like I had to scrub to get left over food off. It was absolutely disgusting. I had to wash all the utensils and everything we wanted to use which is very annoying. This should be done between renters. Our other cleanliness complaint is the washing machine was FILLED (like inches thick in the front of it) with black mold. It smelled so bad when we opened it. The other major issue is the property itself does not allow you to have like the hitch things attached, which wasn’t told to us before. We have a small suv so it didn’t even come out nearly as far as the big trucks parked in the garage yet we got a violation for leaving the hitch on. We then had to remove it and put it back on multiple times a day as we were there for a softball tournament. Thankfully my husband was able to lift it, because if it was just me there I wouldn’t have been able to. They threatened to tow us. It was ridiculous being that they allow big trucks which again, stuck out WAY farther in the garage than our car with the hitch attached

Our overall stay was great. It’s in a great location for families. No walking 10 minutes or driving to the beach. It’s right there. We were there during the Memorial Day Weekend so it was very busy. Will we stay again? Of Course!!

Regisration a little annoying

Elevator wait times were sometimes over 40 minutes. Property was nice. Registration had an additional charge for parking (70). Area and room were nice, staff was friendly. We did go on 4th of july weeked so crowded, but overall a nice spot.
