The cottage and property were lovely. The pool right outside the back door was very convenient. The back porch with trees that provided shade made morning and evening sitting enjoyable. The beach access was a little further than we anticipated and was a downside because we are such beach people. Very enjoyable stay.

Great vacation home!

We had a wonderful time with our little family at this cozy beach cottage. It was very quiet and peaceful. We loved the easy access of the pool and beach. Definitely plan to book again!

Awesome stay!

This was my family’s first time staying in this area so we didn’t exactly know what to expect but this house and location did not disappoint! The house was very clean upon our arrival and the location was far better than I expected! Close to great restaurants, a short easy walk to the beach (even with our kids ages 6 & 5). We had a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

Peaceful and relaxing

Finding the cottage and accessing the home were very easy, the home was very clean and ready for us. The walk to the beach and beach access were great, pool area was clean. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed plus some, would recommend.

Awesome location and cottage. Location to beach and towns along 30A was perfect. We were a short drive or bike ride from all areas. The cottage itself was clean and nice.Everything provided for a beach stay. Loved having the pool out our back door. Pool was empty alot of the time. Deck on this property seems larger than most. Rocking chairs on deck were great along with other seating. Beach buggy for chairs and beach stuff provided but we didnt use it. The walk was shorter then I thought. Approx 5 mins to beach entrance so we carried our bag. Overall fantastic location and great cottage! We would definitely stay here again.

Great family stay

Our family of four stayed here for 4 nights. Great location on the pool and within walking distance to the beach. Lots of other families to meet and kids to play with during spring break. Walkway along the road made me nervous with young kiddo (4yo), but appreciated the short walk to beach. All within driving distance to anything else you need or want. Would go back again!

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cottage to friends and family! The cottage was very clean and in excellent shape! We cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed to do that (just bring your own spices). The host was responsive to questions ahead of time, and we had no issues during our stay. The 5-7 min walk to the beach was easy with our teen and tween. However, there are many steps to get down to the beach via the private access to be aware of. We enjoyed having the pool so close and having some pool towels for our use. Enough basic supplies were available for our stay. We did use the separate beach chair rental service and were very happy with that too. We would happily stay here again!

Perfect trip!

We planned a last minute trip to 30A and found the perfect place for our family of 4! It was a wonderful space for littles & close to the beach. Jason provides everything you need - wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. He even provides a pack & play for littles. The pool area was so nice & clean, the hot tub wasn’t working a couple of days and the pool isn’t heated so it was pretty chilly during early March. I would 100% recommend Jason’s cottage to anyone!

Fall Break at the beach

We had a lovely stay in this little near beach rental. Really enjoyed the location, pool, hot tub, and beach cruisers. We biked to dinner most nights in Rosemary, and walked the beach each day. We would definitely stay here again.

Best place!

I brought my two teenage sons, and we had such a great time. We used the pool and bikes. The distance to the beach access was close. Cute house, great location and had everything we needed.

Cozy and enjoyable

We loved the cottage for its pleasing decor and full kitchen. The linens and comfortable beds and furniture made us comfortable. The setting was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. Perfect for us!

Great Escape!

This was the perfect little house for our week long vacation with our 4 mo old son. The two bed/ two bath was the perfect space. We spent most of our time on the back deck grilling and overlooking the pool and the beach was a 5 minute walk and very easy to access. Would recommend Dillon's if you prefer to rent chairs at the beach but Jason has some sand chairs and umbrellas for use. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again.

Quaint

The property was cozy and comfortable! It was less than a five minute walk to the beach. We had access to bikes to ride from the cottage to Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach and beyond. The home had most everything we needed to be comfortable. It is in a peaceful area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home.

Wonderful location

We loved the location of this property! We spent a lot of time on the porch which we really enjoyed. We had 5 in our family. The listing says it sleeps 8- but I don't think this is accurate unless you cram people in. Will definitely say in this area again. Host was easy to communicate with during the week.

Best Location and Amenities

My family of 5 (husband and kids 13, 11 and 9) decided to stay here for our first family trip to Florida for Spring Break. We couldn’t have picked a better VRBO! Not only was the bungalow adorable, but the location couldn’t be beat. The pool and hot tub were right out the back of the gate, so you could sit on the back porch and watch the kids swim. Then, if you wanted to go to the beach, it’s a short 8 min walk that you enter through the private beach entrance onto a hardly crowded beach. We had family that stayed more toward Rosemary Beach and they were packed like sardines on the beach, but this location’s beach was absolutely perfect! The home had all the amenities we could want and it made our stay so much more enjoyable. If you book here, you will not be disappointed. This home and host were wonderful! 5 stars!

Terrific!

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at Jason’s property. It is in a great location, easy to get everywhere by car or bike (provided) and located in a quiet, nicely landscaped community. Having the pool and hot tub just steps from the back door was a huge plus. The water temperature was spot on, and both seemed to be well-maintained. The pool deck furniture, too, is plentiful and in good condition. The beach is gorgeous and an easy, short walk from the property. The home is clean, neat, and quite comfortable. There was plenty of seating for a family in the kitchen, living area, and porch. I never saw a single bug which is very unusual in warm climates. For that alone, I highly recommend Jason’s property for your vacation. He was pleasant and responsive with our communications as well.

Amazing private cottage

I loved this place. It is just a street away from the ocean. Will try to stay again when we save up enough money. We ran out of the few toiletries early, that was the only downside. Wished we could have used the pool, but it was freezing and didn't warm up until our last morning there. It was colder in Florida than back home! Old man winter decided to follow us down there at Christmas/New Years. Everything in the cottage was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The master bed was fantastic. I slept like a rock, which is rare since I normally can't get comfortable. The owner is so nice, he called to check in with us and see if we were okay since we hadn't arrived on time. We ran into horrible traffic and constant car accidents the whole way down, that made us miss a whole day. I highly recommend if you want a peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

Peaceful Stay

Our family of five fit perfectly in the cottage. Short walk to the beach, and the provided beach chairs and wagon were nice. We really enjoyed the pool and relaxing on the porch overlooking the pool! The property manager was so nice and responsive.
