Spectacular 7th floor condo! Owner's pride prevails in this 3 bedroom beachfront condo which includes 1,300 square feet of spacious living area and breath-taking views of the Emerald Coast. Fully furnished with plank tile throughout & decorated with cottage beach decor, custom paint, and modern amenities to provide luxury accommodations for up to 9 people. Amenities include modern electronics, stocked kitchen, and WiFi throughout the unit. The beachfront master suite has beachfront balcony access, a king-size bed, 50" flat panel LCD UHD Smart TV, and walk-in closet. The guest suite has a queen size bed, and 50" flat panel LCD UHD Smart TV. There is also a bunk room with twin-over-full bunk beds, and 32" Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal and modern stainless steel appliances.

Great place to stay!

Property was clean, comfortable and convenient. We travel with our family every year and really enjoyed this property. Water presure was great, the hot water was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and the decor was beautiful. The view from the balcony was amazing.. we would definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

The location of the condo is perfect with pier park just down the street. The check in process was so simple and the one little hiccup (my fault) was resolved asap by just reaching out to the host!!! The condo was fantastic and the view was AMAZING!!! My family and I absolutely loved it here and plan to book again for next year!!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place. The unit was clean, comfortable (bed was very cozy), and great views! Central location, walking distance to pier park. The 4 beach chairs was a great bonus and he even had boogie boards and beach chairs in the unit. We will stay again. Thanks!

Convenient and beautiful views

It was nice and clean, had beautiful views. It was close to a grocery store and peir park. Had near by fun family activites like gulf world aquarium and shops and arcades. It was close to lots of family resteraunts and shopping. We would stay here again. The owner is very nice and quick to respond.

I gave this condo 5 Stars but it is way better than a motel in fact not even close to a motel Myself and 2 grandkids just spent an awesome week in Michaels condo If you’re going to list pros and cons There are no cons The condo is exactly as pictured The couches and beds are very comfortable The location is perfect with Pier Park right across the street and Walmart is within an easy walk You can easily park your car for the week The calypso has security on site We felt very safe Can’t wait to return

Great Stay

The condo was exactly as pictured. All the amenities of the resort were great. Parking was not a hassle. You are steps away from the Pier shops and restaurants no reason to have a car. The condo was clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything you might need. Look forward to staying there again.

We liked the gorgeous view. The condo was nice enough. Great balcony. It could have been cleaner. I don't recommend this place if you can't walk well. It's quite a hike from the parking garage.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo is beautiful and clean. Location is fantastic and within walking distance to Pier Park. Beach chair service is always an added bonus too. The heated pool was a big hit with our son. Owner was easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonder trip

The condo was beautiful. It had all the needed items. Two sets of beach chairs and 2 umbrellas made the week that much easier to enjoy. The only that would be better is if it had a Keurig type coffeemaker but that’s not a necessity. Overall we definitely would choose this unit again.

Overall Condo was as described, newly updated & met all our family needs. 4 beach chairs were also a nice feature. Mike was a joy to work with as we did have a minor issue with the AC but it was fixed in a timely matter. Our family would definitely return to this property again as we love the beach & close proximity to Pier Park.

Wonderful Spring Break!

Our family had a wonderful time spending spring break here! Our first time in PBC did not disappoint. The location and walk-ability was ideal for meals, shopping, and for our fishing-obsessed son who spent as much time on the pier as he did at the beach. Our only complaint was the inability to get the “4 chairs and 2 umbrellas” that came with the rental. Maybe they weren’t fully geared up for the season yet but we were only able to get them 2/5 beach days while we were here (it rained 1 day). Luckily there were a couple chairs in the condo so we just took those down and made our own spot. Plenty of boogie boards and sand toys in the unit, too, so no need to pack those. We had a great stay and the unit was beautiful! Thanks for making our 996 mile pilgrimage from northern Virginia worth it!

Great Condo - just like pictures. This condo was super clean, plenty of space for the family. I LOVE the thoughtfulness of the oversized towels and high-end appliances. The master bath had a shower that was amazing. Thanks for the 4 beach chairs- great for large groups. Check in and out was simple. We liked the option to change the door code.
