The unit is exactly as pictured, clean and have nice decor. Very short walk to the beach, elevator is fast, everything's great. Location is perfect. The balcony view is amazing, we will stay here again.

Property was very clean upon arrival. Condo is not beach front, but has stunning views of the ocean and sunsets. Very roomy for a family. The bunks are a very nice touch for kids. Overall, in a convenient location and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and fishing pier.

Florida Beach Get Away

We loved our stay at Caras place. It had everything we needed and more. We were pleased to find, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, some sand toys and a wagon!! When traveling with a 2 and 4 year old these things are a really wonderful addition. The views were fantastic, the beds are super comfy, the location was perfect for us. Thank you so much.

Spring Break 2025 Family Trip

The condo was great! I enjoyed waking up to see the ocean everyday! This was a great choice for us - we were able to do all the things and get back to our condo in no time! The condo was fully furnished with everything you would need to enjoy a week on the beach! The contact manager was quick to respond to any needs or questions. I would definitely stay here again! Suggestion.

Couple suggestions would be to update the bunk bed mattresses and they need better cooking pans and baking trays. Bed springs were very hard and I had to buy pans when we got down there. Ones provided were very small. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Cara was great to work with. Appreciate the quick commutations and Made check in easy.

Here for a baseball tournament over Xmas/new years

The property description online match the actual property 100%. The suite we were in was clean and well organized. The view was spectacular! We only spoke with security staff given our schedule and they were very polite and friendly. The facility grounds were clean and we felt safe. Access to Tower one was easy as well as access to pools and beach. We stayed in tower two. Parking in the ramp was confusing as several levels were being closed down. We were able to park in the oversize vehicle parking that was next to tower two. It did make for a longer walk to get to the elevators to our room but again we felt safe, this was well lit And clean. Our host Cara was very easy to communicate with.

This was an amazing condo. I have no complaints at all! This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed at in my family's many years of coming to the beach. The view was amazing as well great views of the beach and the strip. Even though we were across the street from the beach we could still hear the ocean from the 13th floor. Would definately rent this property again.
