Great place

Condo was perfect, no complaints with that at all. Love the 2 sets of beach chairs that came with it. The resort overall could use some updates/repairs and the big pool with waterfalls is extremely chilly but other than that it was amazing.

Great vacation

Long beach resort was great. Beautiful views and beaches, easy beach access, nice pools. Room was nice. Plenty of room for 10 people. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Could have been cleaner but not bad. Overall had a great time and would stay here again

Family vacation

Plenty of room for our family. The condo was as pictured. Convenient location. We were there during spring break so there was some commotion down the beach but PCB police kept everything under control and contained, away from the Long Beach property. Very enjoyable vacation.

Peaceful Easy Feeling

The condo was perfect for 8 adults. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made showering etc simple and easy. You can't beat the location! Tge view from the 12th floor was spectacular!!

Family vacation

Long Beach Resort is our favorite. Loved the condo, we had 10 people in our party and had plenty of room. Only complaint was the patio door was hard to open. Beautiful beach, beautiful view and perfect weather. Jackie

Family vacation

We had a great time. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook for a large family. That is important to me. The beds were pretty comfortable. The balcony floor was kinda dirty but it was ok. Plenty of furniture for everyone. We had some bugs on the floor at night. I didn’t say anything because it wasn’t bad. It could use a little revamp though. I would definitely stay there again. It was a great price for two weeks.

Long Beach Resort

Long Beach is a great beachfront location. We appreciate the staffed security gate entrance. The Unit is spacious. The 3 bedrooms all have a private bath which was great when our family visited for a few days. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate several people cooking dinner. There is ample dishware and glassware. The beach and view are absolutely gorgeous. The management team was easily reached and responsive to our needs. This was our third year at the resort. We have ready booked this unit for next year.

Vacay 2024

The condo was great. It had everything we needed and more. It was clean and very well designed. It was almost like being at home. There was an issue with some critters in the kitchen but we called and supposedly they did come out to spray the next day. We were gone all day and never knew if they came. We never received a call back to verify if everything was good.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of space. Huge rooms. Great location. Gorgeous views. The only downside was the place could use a good deep cleaning but it was fairly clean. The freezer smelled like fish but went away after we cleaned it with Clorox. Would definitely come back.

Great View

Nice condo Loved the balcony! Will definitely stay here again. A couple of suggestions, you definitely need more towels for a three bedroom. I always bring my own so it wasn’t a problem for me, but will be for guests who don’t. The tracks on the sliding glass doors need cleaning. The salt air and dust buildup is definitely making them hard to open. But still would give this place a definite thumbs up!!

Balcony, Beach, and Pool

You pay for the view, beach, and the pool. We did not feel the condo itself was as nice as the pictures. It needed several repairs and the kitchen ceiling needed cleaned badly. It would have been nice if we were told how to lock and unlock the front door in advance. The front door wasn't locked apparently when we arrived, so we didn't know we had to push a button and turn a knob to lock and unlock the door. You should tell people that in your instructions. The view is amazing, the pool/bar and grill is amazing and so were the people working there! Over all we had a great relaxing time.

Great Location/Good Accommodations

We loved staying at Long Beach Resort. The location is perfect for our needs. Love having a balcony and looking/listening to the ocean. The unit felt a bit old. The stove and oven don’t provide the proper temperatures, the bedroom drawers pull right out with no stops, one bathroom had a toilet paper holder hanging off the wall and there were no backup supplies. Not a trash bag, roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex at all. I rent a lot of locations from VRBO and most places provide at least 1 backup. The biggest issue we had was a bedroom smoke sector went off intermittently the 2nd day we were there. At no point in the week did someone come to look at it. After a number of texts and a phone call and listening to it for 5+ hours we disconnected it.

Overall, an OK experience

Overall, the stay was OK. The price we paid this time compared to previous stays was not quite worth the bang for the buck. The condo itself was extremely clean when we checked in. We unfortunately had quite a few roaches come and visit us throughout our stay that arrived after the first couple of days. Before the roaches arrived, pest control showed up and the gentleman just walked right on in to our condo. We were not made aware that he or anyone would be coming to spray for them - so this was certainly a shock. The AC was all over the place... the main unit would have one bedroom ice cold and the other bedroom running ~10degrees warmer. The second AC unit in the condo controlled the room my wife, son and I stayed in... we had the air on 70 and while it would get down to 70 at times, it was consistently sitting 73-75 on thermostat (not sure what was going on). Something out of their control that we had to tolerate was a dog that was 1 unit above ours that was constantly barking and really took away from just hanging out on the balcony. Overall, we would definitely consider staying there again but in no way shape or form would we ever pay what we paid for it. The cost for the things we had to tolerate/deal with was simply unfortunate.

Big condo

We were 6 in a group. Ages 30’s on up. Upon driving up… basically harassed by the security guard. Also gave our second vehicle hell. We had just pulled up. Then upon leaving to go to the store after we made it to the condo and got our parking tags… it happened again. Was very upset about that. It was the same security guard 3 times in a row that did that to us. As far as the condo… very nice. Exactly as pictured. More than enough room. The room with the 2 beds, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. I felt that room stayed warm. Thankfully I had brought my fan from home. The tub was dirty from I assume a previous stay in 2 of the bathrooms. We had to scrub them and get the sand out. The balcony was nice to sit on and relax. None of us smoke so I’m glad it was a NO smoking condo. Everything was nice. I wish they had curtains in the living room so you could sleep in… but it was still nice to wake up to a beautiful view. There was more than enough room for us ladies to hang out. We had no issues other than that 1 security guard. Thankfully we only had to deal with him 3 times. One of the elevators was being worked on but that didn’t bother us. Whoever owns the condo owns a beautiful place that would def fit more than 6 people. It was stocked with appliances and cookware that we needed. Even had floats in the condo for us to use. Everything was close by. I really don’t have anything negative to say. I would most def stay at this condo again.
