Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Exterior Construction Improvements around the resort will be on-going through March 2026. King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The resort offers hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Condo 4-805 is located in Tower 4 on the 8th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Our 3 week stay was perfect. A bit of cold weather was not what we had ordered but I guess is to be expected. Fantastic balcony for those morning coffees. Truly a nice place to stay with all the amenities.

Quick trip to PCB

We enjoyed our stay. The double balcony was a treat with great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo had everything we needed. Great location, convenient to many things to do and restaurants.

Fun Getaway

We loved the one bedroom/bath for a Spring Break getaway. Most of the rooms were a good size and the double wide porch was great! Also loved how close we were to the water. A comfy mattress would be a great addition.

Everything was just as described in the listing. The view and the sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.Nice suprise, we were able to check in early and there were beach chairs and umbrella in the unit. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls trip

Nice Condo

The condo was in a great location with a lot of stores, restaurants, groceries close by. The patio was the wonderful. Great views of the ocean as shown in pictures. The condo could use some cleaning, but with it being so close to the ocean it wasn't horrible. Overall would recommend and would stay again.

No surprises

The place was as listed no trick photography. The evening sunsets were breathtaking and the group of dolphins that frolicked along the beach most mornings were worth getting up for. Looking forward to our return.

Amazing!

I loved the room the moment we walked in. It was exactly what I was looking for. Everything was clean, fresh and in working order. I love, love the balcony that reaches from the living area to the bedroom! We didn’t run into a single issue the entire stay. This resort is my favorite place to stay when I vacation at PCB. And now this will be my favorite room to stay in. Our host was incredible. Every rental agency needs to get them a Farah because she’s damn good at her job! This trip was great from start to finish.

The condo was clean, well-furnished, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The living area was spacious, making it easy to prepare meals when dining in. The master bedroom had a stunning ocean view, which was a great way to start each day. The condo's location was ideal, with the beach just steps away and restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The host was responsive and accommodating, providing clear instructions and promptly addressing any questions. Recommendations: !Bring paper towels! and dishwasher pods if you don't hand wash dishes. Overall, this condo met all my expectations. I recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Panama City Beach.

Long Beach Resort

The room was great overall. The communication with Farah was great! Our keypad batteries died and she responded right away and had us back in our room in no time with a technician out the next morning. This is our 2nd time at this resort and the poolside bar is amazing! Great pina colodas and food! The reason for the 4 star review is due to there only being 4 towels total for a 1 week stay for 2 people. Even if we used our towels 2 x a piece we still would have had to wash them; however, I and many other people do not reuse their towels. So we had to wash towels twice and the dryer did not work great. The bed was also so very uncomfortable. I could not wait to get home to my bed. The owners should really consider updating that!

About as perfect as it gets

From the moment my wife and I saw this 1 bed/1 bath, we both said that looks like the place for us.....just hope it's as good as it looks in the pics. Well, it did not disappoint! Actually, from booking it to the interaction with the property manager Farah, was as seamless as could be. Farah was prompt with the emails explaining everything and we were definitely put as ease with the professionalism. Our condo was ready before the assigned time and even the security guard was extremely helpful. We opened the door and immediately noticed how clean it was...I mean shockingly clean. Everything was just like in the pictures and it really is decorated well. We went right over to the balcony and couldn't believe they made balconies that big... and with plenty of comfortable seating. We got settled and went to the beach which is literally steps from the first floor. The beach is FANTASTIC btw... and so was the free beach chairs and umbrella. After getting home, we talked and we have decided to stay in the exact same condo again hopefully soon, if they'll have us! There were just a couple of things we would like to see the owner add. These aren't complaints, but maybe just some welcome additions... The mattress could use an updating as it wasn't the most comfortable(but not terrible at all). However, we both slept great. Also we think the shower could use a grab handle to get in and out, since the tub is ENORMOUS. In conclusion, you should stay here-you won't regret it!
