This is large studio located on the 6th floor. It has a comfortable king size bed, a living area with a 55' HDTV, a large dresser, and a queen size sofa sleeper. The dining area has a table with 2 chairs and a buffet cabinet for extra tableware storage. The efficiency kitchen has a sink, a small refrigerator, a 2 burner stove, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware and tableware for 4.

Origin at Seahaven Resort is located across the street from the Gulf of America. It has easy access to the beautiful white beaches of Panama City Beach. This unit is on the 6th floor. The building has 4 elevators, covered parking, fitness room, poolside grilling, arcade, on-site laundry room, a huge heated zero edge swimming pool and a hot tub overlooking the gulf of mexico, and an in-house movie theater. It is minutes away from pier park - a 900,000 square feet family entertainment complex with shopping, dining, amusement park. It's walking distance to see the dolphins at gulf world marine park, a short walk to many golf courses, putt-putt golf, jet ski rentals, fishing, boating, sailing and lots of other great vacation activities!

5 stars on all categories. Good location for easy access to beach, restaurants, starbucks, beach and souvenir shops. Very nice building, room and pool. I would recommend to anyone else looking for a good place to stay.

Awesome place

The owners were absolutely one of the best ones I have dealt with when renting VRBO. They knew I was celebrating my birthday and left me a gift card and bottle of champagne. The studio was spotless. We will definitely stay again next time we are back in Panama City Beach area.

Clean and Convenient

Me and my friend decided to do a weekend trip instead of our typical day trip for the summer. The location was very convenient to beach access and great food options and shopping. The room was very spacious and clean. All the linens and towels smelled like they had just come out of the dryer. Owners were very understanding of some of our time hold ups on arriving later than we expected. Overall, would definitely recommend this condo for a trip to Panama City Beach.

Short walk to beach

Our host made us comfortable as soon as we were introduced, he was very attentive and made sure all of our needs were satisfied before turning over our suite. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and out was easy. The beach is a short walk, reastraunts and attractions all close. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our first VRBO experience and we can definitely say it exceeded our expectations. The Garcia’s were very welcoming and made sure all our needs were meet. Our accommodations were immaculate and extremely comfortable. We loved The Origin’s pool area, convenient parking, reassuring security and easy beach access. We took full advantage of all of the fun restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. We can’t wait to visit again!!
