Best room ever

Very spacious and could accommodate more than six people if you have extra children. All appliances were up to date. J was contacted more than once to insure my stay was up to my standards. We will be booking this room again. This room 1902 t1 is by far the best for the price

the condo was exactly as described, clean and comfortable, just a few things, the ceiling fan i. the master bedroom did not work, the dishwasher and ice machine both quit working. guest services was very helpful in getting in touch with the property manager to have the issue addressed however it was several days before the repair person came. They dryer is an older model that left our cloths covered in lint even after cleaning the lint trap each use. Having security on the property is a huge bonus as there was a lot of spring break activity going on in town. there were all polite and friendly.

View was spectacular! But the faucet was broken off our jacuzzi tub (which the tub is the reason we canceled previous reservation to book this one). Contacted maintenance to resolve the problem and they came same day and told us it would be fixed same day. They never came back so we never were able to use the tub the entire trip which was a huge damper. Very bummed about our experience. Floors were very dirty and there was tons of trash outside our door upon arrival. Fridge never got real cool so all our food wasn’t cold. And most days we couldn’t use the balcony due to our neighbors smoking marijuana. The smell was so bad we were not able to even sit outside or open the door because the smell was seeping inside of our condo. We did report it to security guard but was told they had no way to prove it was them and they refused to follow up. Overall experience was a 1 out of 10!
