It’s beautifully appointed, and the king bed is incredibly comfortable—exactly as described, if not better. It felt welcoming the moment we walked in.Cathy was an absolute delight—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. We honestly don’t know what we would have done without it. It was so thoughtfully put together and made our stay effortless, from great local spots to helpful tips we wouldn’t have found on our own.It’s in a great area-walking distance to everything. We will not hesitate to stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone-especially those who haven’t been to the Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seacrest area. You will love it!

We had the best time at the beach while we were staying at Cathy’s place. Her place is at the best location on 30A. Very newly renovated, nicely decorated, super clean and her bed/pillows were very comfortable! I slept like a baby every night. It’s walking distance to all the Rosemary shops and restaurants, and it’s literally just next to Alys beach. The private beach is breathtaking!
