Spot for one car in the garage and two cars in the driveway in addition to the LSV. EV Charger available in the garage for electric car charging on the go!

Located less than a half-mile from the property, the new Highway 98 Underpass makes it easy to bike directly to Highway 30A without having to cross busy roads! This art-filled pathway, featuring vibrant murals and sculptures, is both a safe and scenic way for guests looking to explore the area!

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East, or to the West, or on Highway 98. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, hot tub, or other amenities provided to guests.
