Princess 1204 is a three bedroom, three bath condo on the 12th floor sitting directly on the gulf. The 10' x 30' oceanfront balcony has amazing views. You'll never miss a sunset and they're spectacular!

The living room boasts a new sleeper sofa, two flexsteel chairs with ottomans, a comfy recliner and a new 65" smart television includes 80 cable channels and numerous streaming channels. You can also stream movies or shows on your favorite app. Also included is a wet bar with separate undercounter ice machine. The dining table seats 6 with an additional 4 barstools at the kitchen bar. You can prepare your favorite dish in the fully stocked kitchen that includes all the major and small appliances.
