The magnificent blue and green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its white sand are experienced from the large balcony and the living area. This spacious condo (1,064 sq ft) has one bedroom, two bathrooms, a bunk nook and a sleeper sofa. Located on the 12th floor of Laketown Wharf, #1219 is high enough for an absolutely stunning panoramic view!

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of lakefront boardwalk and has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from.

Stayed at Laketown Wharf for a weekend with the guys. It was a very large unit, with a lot of space. The complex itself had a lot to offer with it's amenities along with it convenient location. Nautical did a great job communicating with me during the trip. Great view of the Gulf from the patio. Would definitely return.

I can't say enough about this unit and this complex. It is so conveniently located. I had forgotten a few things, but wasn't a problem, with Walmart right across the street. The unit itself is amazing! I spent many afternoons on the deck with the sun soaking down on me. I would really recommend this unit and this location to anyone looking to just relax and take in the view.
