If you're feeling hungry, the full kitchen is equipped with everything guests need to cook up a full meal or snacks for the beach, including a four-person breakfast bar and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. When it's time to wind down, younger guests will enjoy relaxing in the hallway bunk beds. In addition to all the amenities in the condo (including a private washer/dryer), guests can enjoy access to the shared pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center during their stay. Best Location. Accommodation size that could 4 adults and 3 kids. Very clean and well maintained, all amenities including WiFi functioned excellently. Heated swimming pool, indoor theater and arcade room added to the entertainment.

I won’t stay again

Elevators are terrible. You can wait 45 mins sometimes. The kitchen cabinets felt sticky. Living room chair needed to be replaced it was so dirty and broken down. The microwave had a big crack clear through the door. If they would update and clean better it wouldn’t be to bad. The street run off is right by this condo so some days the water would be brown we did the beach one day then stuck to the pool. Pool was very nice, there is a lil store by the pool to get Starbucks or frozen daiquiris which was nice.

Bad experience

Refrigerator stop working. All food spoiled. No one ever come to fix it. I called 4 times. Even went to front desk. They said we were top priority. Tub would not drain. Had to stand in water to shower Ceiling fan in bedroom made so much noise we had to leave it off. Elevator outside my window ran all night long. Very noisy. Did not get a single nights rest

Great condo, terrible WiFi

The condo was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. The resort has a lot to offer the whole family and it’s a short walk to the beach because the pools are on either side of the complex. We walked to pier park but you will need to drive to a grocery or convenience store. Get down to the beach around 8:30 to reserve beach chairs so you can get front row seats. We were aware of the slow elevators but we waited up to an hour for an elevator when we had our beach cart or luggage. That is why we would stay at Tidewater again but we would choose a lower floor so we could take the stairs. 17 is just to far for us. I needed to keep in contact with loved ones because we had two teenagers with us and a family member on hospice at home. We had zero service most of the time (AT&T) and the WiFi was virtually nonexistent. I did see a sign that said Tidewater is working on WiFi issues but that made what should have been a relaxing vacation very stressful. I’m all for being unplugged but not when we need to communicate with our son, his friend’s parents and terminal family back home. Vacasa is amazing and I will continue to book through them. We would stay at tidewater again but we would stay on a much lower floor (2 would be perfect).

Incredible view! Incredible weekend!

We spent three quick days here during a very chilly February. When the sun is out, the building blocks most of the wind and it feels incredible on the patio. We spent hours out there. The view can't be beat, and Tidewater Beach Resort has all the amenities you could ever need. We walked to the grocery, Starbucks, and even were treated to fireworks on the pier. We met some of the nicest people, and I guarantee that we'll be back.

Room is terrible.

Do not waste your money and more importantly your family time by staying here. This place is nasty, elevators suck, rooms are way over priced and prisoner would sleep on better furniture. Such a wasted vacation with my family. Never ever again will we stay here and we heard the same by sooooo many people.
