Sterling Breeze is the most unique condo complex in Panama City Beach, with it’s quaint feel and convenient location. The top floor setting offers breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. You will also appreciate the lagoon, city, and bay views as you enter from the front walkway. The colorful condo is bright from outside sunlight, and features tile throughout. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, the 2nd bathroom is next to the bunk room. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, and allows the chef to take in the outside view from a command position while cooking or entertaining. The balcony has a dining table and chairs, overlooks the pool deck and beach – and has a grill! If you have a larger group coming, check out our adjacent unit 2306 (VRBO #840058).

This condo has all the amenities of home, including WiFi internet, 2 LED TV’s with cable, washer & dryer, well equipped kitchen, and dimmable lights for comfortable ambiance. It is located only a half mile from the new and expansive Pier Park shopping center. This area offers the finest shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences in Panama City Beach, and more shops are on the way. It is only minutes from the new airport, and shuttle service is available. Trolley service is also available along the beach. For days when you are too tired to dine inside or go out to a restaurant, there are several carryout options within a couple blocks. There is also a snack bar and wine bar on the pool deck. The unique curved shape of the south facing rear of the building enhances the comfort of the pool deck during the winter months.

We are pleased to invite you to experience one of the nicest condos in the area. Enjoy long walks or jogs on the powdery white beach sand, or exercise in the fitness center while looking at the ocean and watching for dolphins. Swim in the infinity pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi. Read a book or watch the waves. Take a nap on the beach or go deep sea fishing. The options are many - and the opportunities are endless.

Owner is fantastic to work with. Location is within walking distance of the pier. Elevators at the complex are slow and often have a line, but the owner prepared us for that complication.

Great in every way!

Everything was exactly as promised and expected. Love the fact that it's on the top floor so there are no noise concerns from neighbors living above. Move in was a breeze and so was departure. Owner is great to work with, extremely helpful and responds in a timely fashion. It is located very close to the activities we participate in while in PCB. I definitely plan to return to this location.

Family fall break trip

We stayed at the condo for 4 nights. 2 adults and 4 kids. The beaches were beautiful and clean. The chair rental with the stay was great and easy. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The gym was convenient but a little outdated and very small. The convince of the washer and dryer was very nice. The room was clean and as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked and was only missing a air fryer. Sterling breeze is not located in the main strip area, it is nice but also requires more driving. Would stay here again, next time I think we will look into the larger unit.

Penthouse Life

My husband and I needed a beach break from our "real life" and this was the perfect place to kick back and unwind. We arrived right after Hurricane Hermine went through the area and had a few days of clouds and rain, but watching a lightening show from the top floor with the extra high ceiling on the balcony was amazing. The high ceiling was also perfect for watching the clouds float by. It was very difficult to pack up and head home after spending a week in this condo. The unit is exactly as the photos show - the living room furniture is comfy, the bed is great for snuggling in after a long day at the beach or shopping at Pier Park. The condo is within walking distance of Pier Park and all the great shopping, restaurants, and people watching. There is also a grocery store very close by. We had a few instances where we had questions or needed something addressed by the owners, and Mike was super about responding very quickly and getting things fixed. Fantastic to have someone who not only cares about his condo, but cares about his renters. I felt like I was a high priority.

The condo was in great condition and clean. The bed was very comfortable and appliances worked well. The view of the ocean was amazing. Wonderful view from the top!

Owner is super nice and helpful. Condo is beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed for a memorable vacation right there in the condo. The view from the balcony was awesome! We saw dolphins every morning, as well as sharks, rays, and schools of fish. You can see everything from up there! It felt like home away from home. I would definitely stay there again and again!

a little slice of paradise

Mike was great to work with from start to finish he answered every question and was so polite. the property was just as pictured, and the condo was full of so much more than listed (wave board, low water level beach chair, tons and tons of kitchen appliances and gadgets to make it easy to prepare meals at home) however the pool was a great time, the “tiki bar” wasn’t as expected. We loved being so close to pier and seeing sea life all around! We will be staying again one day!! THANKS MIKE

This property was fantastic! The views are amazing and the location is perfect. We saw manatee, a sea turtle, a shark, and a bunch of stingray. It’s within walking distance to Pier Park which was a huge plus. The owner was awesome and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely book this property again.
