Consider this condo your home away from home while you visit Panama City Beach. This marvelous property features 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a cozy bunk bed. With 2 bathrooms offering both a bathtub and a shower, guests will feel right at home. The living room includes a comfy sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Enjoy the serene atmosphere of this condo, complete with WiFi, AC, and access to a fitness room.There are 2 beach lounge chairs and umbrella set up for you daily between March 1 to October 31. Beautiful views looking out over the emerald colored views, overlooking the ocean and located one floor above the pool, is a beautiful, newly decorated condo with a nice sized master bedroom plus bunk area, 2 bathrooms, direct beachfront condo with fantastic beach and gulf views. Enjoy beautiful views from the large balcony during your stay.** PALAZZO CHARGES $40 per vehicle per stay for parking. You will pay online for parking prior to your arrival. Parking registration will be emailed to you prior to your arrival date. We have a keyless access code system, you go straight to the condo! Feel free to contact us with any questions about booking! The building – Palazzo is a non-smoking building. 4-level garage is directly under the building, Palazzo features a swimming pool, heated seasonally, located on the fifth level making for spectacular views, a hot tub located beside the pool that is always well maintained. There is also a fitness center that overlooks the Gulf. Palazzo is conveniently located on the west end side of the beach closer to 30A, yet less than a mile from Pier Park. At Palazzo, you are less than 20 minutes from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP). We had a fantastic, quick stay. The property manager was very accessible and accommodating. She provided all information well in advance for a simple check-in. The garage parking was secure. There were many things that I appreciate about the condo. I’ll describe a few of them.The condo is beautiful. The bedroom furniture is gorgeous. Even though the mattress is firm, I was able to get refreshing sleep each night. It was so pleasant to go out onto the balcony to read or watch the ocean. I even enjoyed the balcony when it was inclement weather and we couldn’t walk on the beach. The kitchen was well appointed. There were dishes, appliances, and gadgets for all our needs and then some. The lighter came in handy for lighting the candles on my husband’s birthday cake. The hooks throughout the unit came in handy for items that I washed but didn’t want to throw in the dryer. I’m thankful for the well-built ironing board that was a normal size and didn’t collapse as I was ironing as some in the past have done. I ironed almost every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the condo. My husband commented that this vacation was the most relaxing one that we’ve had in years.
