Welcome to our vacation home in Panama City Beach (PCB), best known for its sugary white sand beaches and clear, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Over six million visitors enjoy travelling here each year and make PCB, especially Front Beach road, a terrific tourists/pedestrian-friendly area.

Palazzo is a luxury, low-density (17 floors, 129 units), and well kept condominium located right on the beach on the West side of PCB. Therefore, its 220' beach front is far less crowded than most other condos here. Staying at Palazzo will make you feel more like home and definitely not just another hotel 's atmosphere.

Our unit is located on the sixth floor, a great spot for you to enjoy a close view of the beach's activities without sacrificing your peace and privacy. The condo has an open floor plan, 12 ft. ceilings, and tile floor throughout. The master room and family area have wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors (made of tinted glass) open to a full size balcony to maximize the spectacular view of the gulf. Relax on one of the chairs on the balcony with a cup of coffee and watch the wildlife (fish, stingray, jellyfish) swimming in the crystal clear emerald water in a quiet early morning. Or, in the evenings, watch the beautiful beach horizon sun sets and as the moon rises.

Palazzo has a great location close to everything you need.

Winn Dixie Super Market (it has 'buy one get one free' deals every week and gives you credits to get discounted gasoline price at the nearby gas station) and CVS Pharmacy are just half a block across the street.
Super Target and Super Walmart stores are also nearby, located only a mile east of Palazzo at Pier Park (which also has numerous restaurants and department stores in walking distance).

Attractions such as Shell Island, Water Planet, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Shipwreck Island, Gulf World Marine Park, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, Zoo World, Race City, Aquatic Adventures, Camp Creek Golf Club, Hombre Golf Club, Serenity Spa, Panama City Beach Winery, Sea Breeze Winery, Saint Andrews State Park ...etc. are just minutes away.

One of the biggest attractions in the area is Pier Park, the best shopping and entertainment destination in the area only a mile from Palazzo. It offers a great variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and department stores as well as a touring train for kids, games, bungee jumping, and rock climbing walls. On occasion, 'Pier Park' has fireworks which can be viewed from our balcony. Your kids will love it!

We do our best to make your stay at our vacation home in Panama City Beach a pleasant experience and have you coming back for your beach vacation. Bring your flashlights (or use your phone light!) in case you want to walk along the sea shore at night. You might be able to find / catch / pickup some fishes, crabs, hermit crabs, and other small marine wildlife from the ocean/beach and to release them afterwards.
Self check in and check out are completely keyless entry and 24 / 7 access for your convenience. We can have you choose your own code for our unit's keyless entry. No worry about carrying a key while you are at the beach! We also reserved a set of two sun lounges and an umbrella on the beach for our guests as a daily complimentary service (a saving of up to $50.00/day ) from March 1st through October 31. Again, no hassle with beach set-up during your stay at our condo.

Condo was nice. 3 bathrooms always a plus. Liked the floor level. Free beach chairs were a bonus. They accommodated our 3 vehicles without a problem. Nancy was great to deal with and quick to respond to any questions.

I was skeptical about booking this condo because the pictures made this condo look kind of dark, but the beach chairs sold me on it. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. This is not a typical beach condo, it looks more like a long term rental, but it’s much better in person than the pictures show. The kitchen is stacked with essentials; there were only a few times when I wished I had something on hand but it wasn’t a deal breaker; we also cook a lot. We would definitely book again. We really enjoyed staying at Palazzo. We liked that the parking was in the same building; however, parking spaces are narrow and some people are selfish and park in the middle of the 3 space parking spot making it very difficult to park next to them (instead of parking on the side even if they have to take extra space from the neighboring spot to allow other car to park as well). Overall, we enjoyed our vacation!

Fabulous Location

The property, condo and location were top notch. Nancy kept us informed and made sure everything was ok.Perfect location for viewing beach and fabulous sunsets. We used the hot tub, pool and excercise roon daily. Everthing well maintained. We'll be back next year! Everything yyou need and more.

Family Thanksgiving Trip

This condo was amazing he had everything you could ask for and then some, i was here for a Thanksgiving trip and the scenes from the large balcony were spectacular plus all the beds were very comfortable and communication with Nancy the owner is awesome she doesnt leave you hanging at all if theres a problem she commuincates right then, this is my 3rd time staying at this condo and we will definitely be back!!!!

Family Vacation

Beautiful condo, breathtaking view, and all the amenities of home. The parking deck is clean and easly accessible. There was very little wait for an elevator and the beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for our beach days. Ms Nancy was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any of our questions. Relaxing Vacation

My daughters and myself had a wonderful time here. The location was perfect and the condo was spacious for us. We had everything we needed right there. Perfect view of the beach and close to everything around. Ms. Nancy stayed in touch throughout our stay. I totally recommend this unit to anyone who wants space to move about and feel like home. The beach chairs and umbrella was an added bonus. I will be back!!

My family and I had an enjoyable stay. The beachfront location was wonderful and access very easy. The beach chairs and umbrella were a definite plus! There were 3 elevators so that we never had much of a wait. The condo was large enough for 5 adults to be comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped from a pots/pans and kitchen utensils perspective. Nancy was very responsive on the rare occasion that we had a question.

PCB Family getaway.

We had a great time in PCB. The condo was as the website shows. We had plenty of room everything about the property worked well for us. The beach chairs were a wonderful perk. We had no issues checking in or finding anything we needed. The balcony was awesome we spent a lot of time there too. I only needed to contact the host once and she was very prompt and the situation was handled quickly. I would absolutely recommend this unit and hope to be back again.

Outstanding Condo!

Our family stayed here for 5 days, and we had a fantastic family vacation. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. Here are a few notes that might help you choose this codo:1. Property owner contacted us via email and the app to make sure that we had everything we needed.2. The cleaning service finished a bit early on the day of our arrival, and we were allowed to check in a few hours early (for free).3. The size of the master bedroom and bathroom is HUGE. Separated double vanity and enormous walk-in closet was appreciated!4. Room in the living quarters allowed us to freely enter/exit the balcony without tripping over each other. The balcony has a wonderful view!5. Clean in every way!6. Very near shopping and a grocery store.7. Washer and dryer in the condo.8. Quiet time was observed by our surrounding neighbors. We slept great at night.If you are debating on the best condo in PCB, look no further! You found it!

I gave this property and overall 2 for the location and the view of the ocean. This was the best part of the whole vacation. I have stayed at multiple properties in Panama City and this was the worse of them all. Immediately entering the property the floors were completely dirty as if no one even cleaned them. My feet were already dirty just walking straight from the front door to the master bedroom. Condo is VERY outdated. Our comforter in the master had all kinds of crusty spots on it not sure the last time it was cleaned properly. The cleaners left a dishrag tangled in the floor in our curtains in the master bedroom. Upon inspecting the bathroom there was mold and rust growing in both the master and main bathroom. Towels had rust on them. I tried to wash them to see if I could get it out but ended up just setting them to the side. It felt more like a bad hotel stay than any condo I have ever been in. It had the bare minimum. One dish cloth, one dish towel, one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Beds are not comfortable at all. Neither are the couches. Ice maker in the fridge does not work. Overall this was a terrible experience for us. Not to mention the daily battle of trying to get in and out of the parking garage. Every person we passed or seen complained of how terrible it was trying to get in and out. They were doing construction on the parking garage but even with finishing that it was the worse parking garage I’ve ever seen. Find somewhere better

Lovely condo. Very spacious with 3BR and 3 baths. Probably the biggest condo we've stayed in. Check in was easy, as was check out. Great section on the beach and not overly crowded. The only issues we had was that the ice maker in the freezer didn't work, and the floors were a little dirty; your feet would be dirty right after taking a shower. We would absolutely stay here again.
