Pelican Walk 307 - Gulf Front 2 bedroom - 2 bath, Beautifully remodeled condo on the BEACH! Located on the third floor, 307 is in the middle of the building with convenient, easy access to the beach and pools! The view of the Beach and Gulf will blow you away! Pelican Walk 307 balcony is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, soak up the sun, read a book, or watch the gorgeous sunset over the Gulf of Mexico! As a THANK YOU for booking the condo, included is FREE beach chair and umbrella service March through October!

Pelican Walk 307 has everything you need to have the PERFECT Beach vacation! The condo features TWO spacious bedrooms each with a King size bed and an adjoining bathroom. For extra guests, the living area has a pull down queen size wall murphy bed. The floor to ceiling windows and the open floor plan of this two bedroom unit offers spectacular views and plenty of space to relax! Enjoy amazing beach and water views from the living room, dining room, and fully equipped, remodeled kitchen. The condo can sleep up to 6 guests.

Pelican Walk is one of Panama City Beaches most family friendly condominiums. There are two pools (one heated seasonally October through April), outdoor grilling areas with gas and charcoal grills, Free parking, Free Wi-Fi, tennis, pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, a unique hot tub atrium, dry saunas, and more. Across the street is Gypsea Crepes, Waffle House, Outlaws Barbeque, and Marcus Pizza! Just 1 to 2 miles away, are a few of PCB's favorite local hot 's Beach Ice Cream, Finn's, Schooners, Capt. Jack's Crab Leg's Buffet, Schooners, and Captain Anderson's! Pelican Walk's location is convenient to family fun, restaurants, shopping, fishing, mini-golf, race-cars, and so much more!

Rest assured, the Pelican Walk staff are on-site to assist you anytime through out your stay!
