  • Newly remodeled kitchen, dining room and living room. Newly painted interior and carpet in all bedrooms with new mattresses. You cannot go wrong with this house. Has all the amenities of home including fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and screened in pool (not heated).

    It is a short walk (approx 5 mins) or a very short drive to the beautiful white sandy beach of Panama City Beach. . Located on the quieter west end of the beach. This is the part of the beach families want to be in.

    If you are looking for a place to party and be loud to disturb the neighbors, this is not the house for you.

    Why would you rent a small hotel room when you can have a whole house! High speed internet with streaming tv. Your own private screen enclosed pool - no having to share pool here! Yes, sun does go through the screen, it's just to keep the pool clean.!

    5 minutes to Frank Brown Park and the new Pier Park.

    You will love this home with the private pool in fenced backyard.

    The west end of PCB is a lot more private and the traffic is
    definitely much better. This is the part of the beach
    families want to be in. The beach is not overpopulated like the east side and the water is awesome. Go snorkeling, fishing, swimming or just bake on the beach . You will always have a great time here.

    No smoking. No pets. Spring Breakers considered.
