STEPS TO THE BEACH ❤️Romantic!

Beautiful 2-story condo, just renovated. 2 separate rooms with one queen on each bedroom. Maximum of 4 people.
First time renting, we would like to keep our condo as clean and as inviting as it is right now. Please come and enjoy a well kept unit located just steps away from the sandy white beaches. No crowds or hassel waiting on an elevator. Park in front of your home and go right in. You will have a partial ocean view from your private balcony.
This condo is a perfect get away. Just a few miles from pier park and 6 miles to 30A for great restaurants and activities.

Loved the location and property. It was perfect for the first vacation for a 14-year-old with his grandparents. We took advantage of PC Beach and used this location for days trips to Mobile for the Naval Air Museum and USS Alabama. Great bonding and family time.

Had an awesome 10 day stay, the place was everything and more that it said it was. Clean unit, nice neighborhood, steps to the beach with even a back balcony Gulf view. The extra amenities were nice as well (boggie board, sand toys, beach umbrella, etc.) wasn’t expecting that so a nice additive.

We evacuated from Hurricane Milton. Your home was perfect! There were so many little extra things in the home that made our stay so comfortable. Great location close to the beach. Home was clean and host was great at communicating with us.

An amazing vacay!

We loved this condo so much! It was perfect for my family of 4! We loved how the beach access was just a walk across the road and the pool was a couple steps from our front door! It was super clean and smelled so good when we walked in! It was well equipped with EVERYTHING we needed for our trip! Tons of restaurants and shopping super close by so that was a plus too. Carlos had great communication with us! We plan to come back next summer and cannot wait!

Very clean & safe location

We chose this property because of its access to the beach. The condo complex is directly opposite Beach access 72 ! It is also far enough out of town that the beach didn’t feel “ crowded “, yet still close to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Perfect! The condo itself was sparkling clean and well appointed. We were very pleased that it had virtually everything we needed for our month long rental. The owner, Carlos, was very responsive to the minor need that we had ( the battery in the door lock needed to be changed . He had someone there in less than an hour !). This condo is exceptional!! Would stay there again, if we were to return to Panama City Beach !
