This unit at Long Beach Resort offers the best floor plan on the beach, an excellent location, and convenient access to everything. We provide 1 set of free beach lounge chairs and umbrella service (two chairs and one umbrella, seasonal, $250 value).
    3 New Beds & 3 Quality Mattresses Delivered February 2023
    This large 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is almost 1,400 square feet, providing plenty of space to relax. All rooms are oceanfront with direct balcony access. Located in Tower 3 on the 7th floor, the condo is adjacent to the lagoon pool and heated Polynesian pool. Decorated for comfort and luxury, it features upgraded kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, custom backsplash, and planked tile flooring throughout.
    Beautiful Remodeled Kitchen
    The living room includes a new 55-inch Samsung Smart TV with DVD/Blu-ray player and stereo sound system. It has a queen-size sofa sleeper, loveseat, and recliner chair. The dining area features a complete table and chairs for meals or family games. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors lead to a super-sized balcony with patio seating for six, providing stunning ocean views from every angle.
    This condo has two master bedrooms:
    • Master 1: Grand king-size bed, two chairs, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with double vanity and oversized garden tub.
    • Master 2: Two queen-size beds, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with double vanity and oversized garden tub.
    The unit also includes a new washer and dryer. It comfortably sleeps eight guests.
    Long Beach Resort Amenities: Beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, a 7,500 sq ft lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm islands, two heated Polynesian pools, three whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill, 1,300 feet of powder-white beach frontage, and 24-hour gated security. This was a great beach condo. Easy access and very comfy. My husband and I took a long weekend to go to the beach and the Car show. Mr. Pederson was a great host and the condo was perfect! We hope to stay again and bring friends to use the awesome second bedroom suite!

Perfect Place to Retreat & Recharge!

We walked in and the condo was just as the pictures showed and those ocean views said welcome! We were able to check in with no problems, the unit was clean and the floor to ceiling windows for all rooms oceanfront blew us away. Dawn responded immediately when I reached out and it was a perfect spring break retreat for us. We were close to restaurants, shopping and water activities but not too close to be disturbed. I would definitely recommend this condo to those considering a trip to Panama City Beach. If we come back, this is our spot!

Christmas vacation was great with family at long beach

We had a great week vacation stay here .The only down fall was it was a little chilly to be on the beach everyday but it was December so .We always love coming to PCB ,and staying at this condo was great it is close to everything and had a beautiful view out every window .Bill is easy to reach if you have any issues .We will be back for sure !!

Everything it promised to be

This was our first visit to PCB and the unit was exactly as advertised. Gorgeous view/very sizeable balcony which we greatly enjoyed. The bedrooms are almost matching in size and comfort in that they both feel like master suites. Communication was great. We had no problems during our stay but travel delays in leaving and were graciously allowed a later checkout. Would definitely stay again. Unit is well taken care of and there was no visible "this is a rental" to it. Very clean. very renovated feel. Lovely unit, the beach chairs are very very nice perk.

Great Setup

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was a great setup for two couples with access to the balcony. Lots of windows. Easy access to the pool. It was nice having beach chairs and umbrella for the week. Some minor issues with poolside restrooms being unavailable due to maintenance, washer/dryer in unit needing repair, living room TV not working and difficulty with communications with property management. Other than that, a nice place to stay.

Great location, beautiful condo My only complaint is that I have issues with allergies and every time we went into the lobby to get on or off the elevator whatever they were cleaning with or spraying was EXTREMELY strong and horrible to smell. I had to cover my face and take a Benadryl every time. Other people staying there said the same thing. Otherwise beautiful view, clean , very nice.

Gorgeous views!

Was a very nicely appointed condo. The views and location were magnificent and the 7th floor was a perfect location. Saw pods of dolphins on several of the mornings we were there. Loved the setup with 2 masters facing the ocean. Bathroom tub/shower combination was a bit dated with large round tubs. Would be nice to have had one walk-in shower in one of the bathrooms. For this time of year only having small heated pools was a disadvantage. Would have been nice to enjoy the larger lagoon pool but I was aware that was not heated. Was great to have use of beach chair service provided by owners and a great perk. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals in condo which we did for several of them. Getting to and from beach to unit was easily accessible and newer elevators were quick. Loved that this section of beach was not overly crowded which was very nice. There are no extra beach items like chairs or toys which would have been nice to have without having to travel with or purchase while there. Bill was great to deal with and communicate with. The only thing was having to mail back pool bracelets. No one seemed to even have them on and we really only used one day since didn’t seem to be a requirement. Location was great and was across the street from Walmart and liquor/spirits store. I did an online grocery order and did a pickup at Walmart making things very convenient. Overall very nice condo and we would choose to stay there again!

Family Vacation

We have stayed at several properties in the Panama City Beach area and love it. This property has a wonderful lay out and great view, however it missed the mark for our family in a couple of areas. The beds were incredibly comfy. The cleanliness upon arrival was meh, not awful but not great. The kitchen had dirty dishes in cabinets upon our arrival. I had to wash dishes before we could use anything, from bowls, plates, and silverware. There were no dish towels we could find either. Most condos we have stayed at provide beach towels or have a closet with beach gear, sand toys, etc. This one did not so be sure to bring your own or buy in town. We also unfortunately had neighbors on a balcony beside us that were smoking (and not cigarettes…) so that kept us for enjoying the balcony as much as we would have liked. Chair service, if you want a front row so reserve as soon as you check in. We did not and were told we couldn’t be on front row (could just be because it was high season though… and not a big deal.). I was glad we brought our own chairs to put at waters edge. Lastly, parking passes and pool bracelets are mailed to you before your trip. Then once you return home, you have to mail those pool bracelets back to property owner. I much prefer just leaving them in condo like every other unit. It’s a hassle to go in to post office to get correct postage amount, pay, and then ship out. Overall, we had a great trip… just some little hiccups.
