Scenic Views From a Spacious Oceanfront Condo, Beach Chairs Included

This condo is located in Tower 1 (directly on the beach) on the 12th floor. Windows are on three sides of the Condo, so that every room has an outside view and the dining room has an unobstructed sunset view. The entire family will have plenty of room to spread out in comfort in our 3-bed, 2-bath units. This tile floor throughout Gulf-front condo provides the perfect home for exploring the sugar-sand beaches just outside your door as well as the amazing variety of attractions that surround the Grand Panama Beach Resort.
The master suite features a luxurious king-size bed and private bath thoughtfully outfitted with amenities you’ll appreciate. Comfortable queen-size beds, dressers and furniture complete the second bedroom, a set of full-size bunk beds in 3rd bedroom and hallway nook area and a sleeper sofa that folds out into a queen bed.
The open and spacious kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to create a gourmet meal. The built-in breakfast bar and large dining area can accommodate your entire crew for a sit-down meal and also provide wonderful views for your dining enjoyment.
Your private balcony is furnished with a sun-lounger, table and chairs and provides a panoramic setting for morning coffee, mid-day lounging or celebrating our famous sunsets over the Gulf. Please call Store-it Mini Warehouses and Storage on Panama City Beach for off season rates and any discounts- ask for Bruce. This condo sleeps 10. Wireless internet and LCD cable TV in every room. The Resort is adjacent to Edgewater Beach Resort and is within walking distance to Shipwreck Island Waterpark and a large fishing pier. Pier Park shopping is only 3 miles away. There are two large pools, one is heated during the cooler months and a hot tub. The Resort also has a full workout facilities with 24/7 access. This unit is strictly non-smoking. This is the second time we have stayed here. We really enjoyed it. Beautiful view of beach and sunset. You can also see the sunrise from the side. We saw dolphins almost everyday we were there. We stayed 7 days.

The view is spectacular. It is a bit dated and could use a bit of a deep clean, especially in the showers. One of the blinds was broken as well. We spent most of our time on the beach so it didn't bother us for the most part. The owner was very responsive, check in and check out were easy.

The condo had beautiful views and plenty of space for our whole family. Resort staff was friendly and helpful. Aside from the broken hairdryer in the master bathroom, we had everything we needed. It was wonderful! Will plan to stay again in a warmer month next time:)

Great stay, sleeping accomodations could not have been better, loved our view & beach chairs. Will definitely stay here again. The owner made the door code super easy for the kids which was very thoughtful. Elevators at the grand worked very well although checkout day was extremely busy due to the holiday weekend but as much was expected. Close to the pier. Overall nothing to complain about other than wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Family Golf and Beach Trip

Had a great time golfing with my son and son in law while the girls enjoyed the beach with my grandson. Of course, we joined them after golf. This is an annual golf trip for us and we will very likely look for the availability of this same unit next year. Bruce is a great guy and very easy to work with. The location is great for our tastes.

Dirtiest condo to date (

Windows on balcony were not cleaned . Dust on all the light fixtures . Toliet bowl dirty , balcony lounge chairs dirty, remotes to TVs didn’t work . Air was set to 78 degrees and locked . Tried to cancel because my house was by a tornado 5 days before our trip and we weren’t allowed a refund . The cleaner was very helpful getting the air turned on but the owners never messaged me back . We were charged an extra 30 for parking then we were told . The property itself has changed policy and check in and it is very inconvenient

Beautiful view & great location.

Bruce was very prompt at answering all of my question. The check in and out process was a breeze. There were some things that needed attention though….. the ice maker was very slow. The main bathroom needed a hairdryer, the toilet isn’t bolted to the floor, it moved every time you sat down and the shower door leaked. Couldn’t get most of the lights to cut on nor could we figure out how to operate the tv’s. We needed tongs for flipping hotdogs at the grill and there were none, also there should have been a can opener in the unit. Mattresses were not comfortable at all. It served the purpose we were looking for and all-n-all we had a great stay just dated more than what I am used too.

We had a great time staying at Bruce's condo. It was clean had plenty of space for all 8 of us. When we did have a issue Bruce was quick to take care of everything. The view is amazing and having beach chairs is a plus. Condo is a older but still met all our needs. We had a great vacation!
