This beautifully decorated beachfront condo mirrors the colors of the coast, offering gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room. Watch the sunrise each morning on your private balcony, head downstairs to snag a beach chair and an umbrella (free seasonal beach service is provided), and enjoy use of lovely amenities that include multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot fitness center, an arcade, and a movie theater.

Tidewater Beach Resort is a gulf-front property that sits within walking distance of Pier Park, one of the most beloved spots in Panama City Beach with over 100 stores, restaurants, an IMAX movie theater, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and countless other forms of entertainment. Stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier at sunset (three-quarters of a mile east), take a fishing trip with Stingray Fishing Charters, and find fun-filled nightlife at Coyote Ugly, Salty Goat Saloon, or Schooners Last Local Beach Club.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay! Condo was very clean, cute decor, and had a well equipped kitchen. Elevators were slow during busy times but not an issue for most of the stay! The outdoor pools were freezing though the whole week.

We've stayed in this unit before and it is perfectly located! Walking distance to our favorite oyster place and a beautiful spot on the beach. Very nice condo with everything you need. However we did notice this time it wasn't as clean. All the bedding had stains and there was an old sock left from the prior tenants in the bedroom. Also the towels were tiny and rough...like the kind you get at a cheap hotel. Also no blow dyer which seemed odd given everything else provided. But with some upgrades to the linens would be a 5 star!

My daughter and I stayed here in Sept 2023. The place was nice enough. The view was beautiful, parking was easy, check in was a breeze and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. Beach service provided is a nice touch- just be sure to get there extra early before they open to get a spot. No major complaints. Minor things that didn’t ruin our trip: The shower curtains don’t look clean, the coffee pot doesn’t brew coffee very hot, the front door is dirty and could use a fresh coat of paint. There are no beach items provided, such as boogie boards, extra chairs etc like many other places provide. Every time we went out to the balcony, with the exception of very early morning, the smell of other smoking was overwhelming. We chose not to spend much time on the balcony for that reason - and no fault of the owners on that. Overall our trip to PCB was amazing, as always. We love the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Next time we come back, we’ll stay somewhere else.

Perfect Condo

Our trip was Oct 9-13, 2023. I have to admit, after I booked the condo I was a little nervous to learn it was on the 17th floor and that there was complaints about the elevators. Once we got to the condo, it was perfect. The view is amazing. The condo is beautiful and we had no problems at all with elevator waits. There is a single elevator just out the door to the right that we used often, but even the main elevator wasnt a long wait. In the emails from Vacasa it states their busy times are 9:30 to 10:30 and 3:30 to 4:30 I believe so we did try to avoid those times. Pool areas are nice and convenient. Location of the property is great. Close to Pier Park, walmart and lots of restaurants. Check in / check out was a breeze. We had no issues that required us to contact management but they did reach out to us twice before check in to make sure things went smooth and sent periodic texts about checkout. Was able to checkout thru text and just drop off our bracelets on the way out. Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is incredibly clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time. The pool was wonderful. Loved that there was 24-hour security. The elevators can be a little difficult during check in and check out time. Plenty of room in the parking garage. Would recommend this condo any day of the week.

The condo itself was great! Spotless! Great space and beautiful views! The resort was nice and clean. Lots of time spent waiting on elevators even though there were 6 working elevators. They are slowly renovating them one by one apparently. But in a building with 30 stories, elevators will always be an issue during peak season. Pools were always packed as well. Overall a great experience if you dont mind waiting for an elevator a bit and having a lot of people in the pool!

Summer Vacation

Property was off the water as stated as well as a full ocean view off balcony. Condo was clean and for the most part well equipped. We had a family of 6 so there was not a lot of towels so we had to wash constantly. Please bring beach towels, and extra towels if you dont want to wash. Elevator access was a PAIN!! A round trip from the 17th floor down to ground level and back up will take you about 15-20 min so be prepared and patient. Overall, the property was nice and kept up. There are a lot of different fees like paying VRBO, vacassa, the more fees once checked in.
