Property was exactly as advertised. Situated on a quieter end of the strip, but still close to shops and restaurants, the property was very conveniently located. A well-stocked kitchen provided anything a guest could need. The floor plan maximized space so that guests could spread out in various rooms. Host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The unit was clean upon arrival, and the only slight improvement would be the need for a deep clean (dust on towel racks and dirt on baseboards). Overall great experience!!

Outstanding vacation spot

We have stayed with Dawn’s Rentals for 5 years, two to three times a year. Hands down the best places to stay on the beach. Clean and convenient to anywhere on the beach. Highly recommend trying one or her condos.

GREAT FAMILY VACATION

The condo was perfect for our family. Not only was the interior of the condo clean and up to date, but the entire condominium complex was great. The staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be staying with Dawn and Tom again. They were wonderful to work with.

We had a great time!

Loved the condo. Beautiful views. I got a a little confused thinking we were beach front, but it was all good. Floors were quite dirty, but Dawn was great to quickly get someone in to clean them while we enjoyed the beach. Thank you!

Amazing vacation

The property is exactly as depicted. They have thought of everything you would need for a vacation. I sat on the balcony every morning and evening to watch the ocean. I had 4 teenagers an 11 year old with me. The extra bunk beds were a plus. It’s in a good location and we walked to the water park and mini golf along with a couple restaurants. Highly recommend!

Excellent!!!!!!!

Perfect weekend getaway wished we could have stayed longer. We had 5 adults and never felt like we were on top of each other. Our Condo was very clean, easy access to everything, minimal wait time for elevators. Check in process was super easy. This place will be our first go to when booking our next vacation. My husband now doesn’t want to stay anywhere else in PCB! Thank you Dawn’s Rentals for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo we couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Best Home away from Home in PCB!!

My family and I stayed at Dawns Rentals, Shore 2 Please @ Grand Panama! The place was absolutely beautiful, very clean & very well kept grounds, the entire place! View was breathtaking ❤️ Front desk had my welcome packet ready at arrival! Check in literally took less than a minute! Dawn was a wonderful host and replied very quickly to any questions we had before arrival! So organized that we had no need to reach out to her during our entire stay! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dawns Rentals, we will definitely be returning each year!

Excellent vacation

We loved the Shore 2 Please. When we walked in, it was so incredibly clean and ready for us. We had a slight struggle with the lock on the door and Dawn was immediately available to help. It wasn't her fault, we just didn't understand how to use it completely. The view is amazing, and everything about her place is wonderful. I highly recommend.

Shore 2 Please @ Grand Panama Resort is nothing but amazing. Short term stay or long term stay you will have everything you need! Plenty of dishes, flatware, pots and pans galore, crockpot, electric can opener, 2 coffee pots, one with the ability to use K-cups, full size washer and dryer, plenty of towels, and so much more. The evening view is absolutely beautiful, ocean view from balcony and back bedroom. Dawn is an amazing host, and lives locally if you have any issues. I can’t say enough about the condo and Dawn!! Enjoyed our stay

We had a great time at this condo. I admit we thought this was a beachfront condo but it’s technically across the street. It really didn’t impact our stay though. You still get decent ocean views and it’s convenient enough to walk across the sky bridge to get to the beach (no need to deal with traffic) Tower II is also more accessible to the parking area which makes check in/out a bit easier. Property was nice, check in was easy. 5 adults and 1 2YO and we had plenty of space with everything we could need. We would book it again.. had a great time!

Clean and comfortable

The worst thing was the lack of a view, and the tight conditions in the parking garage. The best thing was the condo and Dawn. It was just as described. When we had an issue with the washing machine, they fixed it immediately! I could stay there a month in the off season! As a senior, it was a good ways to the beach, but we expect that. We are not used to going in the middle of July, so the heat was really intense to us, but the grown kids and grandchildren seemed to have a terrific time!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The home was very clean. The location is great. The best part is sitting on the balcony enjoying the view.
