It was GREAT overall!! There were a few minimal issues. Biggest issue is you have to pay an ADDITIONAL $85 at check-in for parking and wrist bands. Southern said they didn't know cost due to 3rd party. I think this should be disclosed up front, no condo if no 3rd party payment. TV's had to be literally reset in order to get them to work. I had to complete a channel pull and would assume most people don't know how to do that. Only one remote worked, not due to batteries. The master bed was hard and cheap so sleeping wasn't great at all, although we did appreciate it to be a king size. There were just 3 of us so we had plenty of room. The elevators and parking was not great, the space would barely fit our truck- glad my husband has skills. Why you would have such limited elevators for such a big facility? Engineering had a planning problem obviously, but that I don't see can be fixed. Just know you will have to have patience. We went during spring break, which I wouldn't advise families with children during that time- But I expected it, as we took our 18 yr old son there so he could experience the spring break atmosphere, his first beach spring break - He loved it! We won't do that again, he will go on his own next time. It was nice that there is a drink bar and food bar at the pool and play toys and some chairs to sit by the water were provided which very was nice. I would definitely go here again, just not on Spring Break :).
