Welcome to Shores of Panama Unit 411, a beautifully remodeled one-bedroom condo with a private bunk room and two full bathrooms, conveniently located on the 4th floor of this popular beachfront resort. Guests enjoy a reserved parking space located on the same floor, making loading and unloading luggage and groceries easy without long elevator trips.
Perfect for families or small groups, this bright and comfortable condo sleeps up to six guests. Step onto the private balcony from the living room and enjoy views of the emerald Gulf waters and the resort’s stunning lagoon-style pool just steps away. Guests consistently appreciate the condo’s cleanliness and comfortable beds, helping everyone relax after a day in the sun.

While construction is not expected to directly impact the condo or resort amenities, noise or temporary inconveniences may occur and cannot be guaranteed or controlled. Construction schedules are managed by the resort and are outside of our control, and we appreciate your understanding.

The updated kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, along with nearby pub-style seating for casual dining. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and small appliances so guests can easily prepare meals during their stay.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements
The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.
The private bunk room offers twin-over-twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV, and a door for privacy. This room also connects to a full bathroom where the in-unit washer and dryer are located. This second bathroom includes a bathtub, making it especially convenient for families bathing young children after a day at the beach or pool.
The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

Shores of Panama is one of the most popular resorts in Panama City Beach and features the largest lagoon-style beachfront pool in town, complete with zero-entry access overlooking the Gulf. Guests also enjoy an indoor heated pool and hot tub, gulf-front hot tubs, fitness center, tiki bars serving food and drinks, covered parking, and direct beach access. The resort is conveniently located next to Pineapple Willy’s and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Guests enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo, electronic lock for easy self check-in, professionally cleaned linens and towels, starter supplies, and a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry for a comfortable, home-like stay.

ℹ️ Important Information
A one-time resort registration fee of $85 is required upon arrival for parking permits and wristbands. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, complete the rental agreement, and provide a credit or debit card on file for damage protection.
Smoking and pets are not permitted due to severe owner allergies, and violations may result in cancellation, fines, or eviction.

📷 Security Camera Disclosure
For security purposes, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera located at the front entry door, facing the exterior hallway. The device records video and audio of the entry area only. There are no cameras inside the condo or on the balcony, and guest privacy is fully respected.

🏖️ Seasonal Beach Notice
From March 15 through April 30, portions of the nearby beach are closed nightly from 10 PM to 4 AM per city ordinance during Spring Break season.

You are staying in a privately owned home rather than a hotel, and we kindly ask guests to treat the condo with care and respect. If any issue arises during your stay, we will do our best to address it promptly so you can relax and enjoy your time at the beach.
