About this property

Spacious Beachfront Condo Located on Grand Lagoon

  • THREE separate bedrooms all located on the corners of the unit allow for a little privacy, open kitchen area that looks into living room. Ice maker, double door refrigerator with a freezer, and washer/dryer included. Beachfront view from private balcony. Three pools, hot tub, large tanning deck.
    Wrist bands included. Located right on the beach. Condo is on the 13th floor. 3 bedrooms 2 full baths. Westward facing balcony allows for a beautiful view of the sun set.

    The layout of the condo has the best of both worlds. This large space gives a family a place to all be together watching TV, paying cards, or just hanging out. Opposite of this area the three separate bedrooms allow for some privacy, and a peaceful night of sleep. Regency Towers is located on the eastern side of Thomas drive this area allows for a quieter stay while still being a short drive to anywhere. Personally we love to walk down the beach for a bite to eat at Schooners.
