    This large 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is 1,400 square feet, providing plenty of space to relax. All rooms are oceanfront with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and direct balcony access. Located in Tower 3 on the 13th floor, next to the lagoon pool, this condo combines comfort and luxury.
    The condo has been remodeled with a fresh coat of paint, new granite countertops, sinks, and faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. New tile floors throughout, and all new quality furniture in the living room, master bedrooms, and balcony. Free wireless internet (WiFi) included.
    The living room features a new 60-inch Samsung Smart TV with DVD player, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors leading to a balcony, and offers beautiful ocean views from every angle.
    This condo has two master bedrooms:
    • Master 1: King bed, walk-in shower, double vanity, and direct balcony access.
    • Master 2: Two queen beds, oversized garden tub and shower combination, double vanity, and direct balcony access.

This property has the most amazing views of the water. We even saw dolphins from our balcony while drinking coffee! The unit is located close to the pool and outdoor snack bar. The condo could use a little updating but still a wonderful place to stay. We had great weather and s great stay. Wish we could stay indefinitely.

We have stayed at this resort for 10+ years. This condo is one of our top favorites. It was very clean and well stocked with all items needed. It was updated with nice furniture, a very nice master shower and no carpet (yay!) The owner was kind and very good at communicating all the information. We will definitely book again in the future!

We all really enjoyed our stay. Great location right on the beautiful beach. Walking distance to most amenities. Beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the elevator was out of service on the morning of our departure. We were on the 13th floor. Lots of luggage to carry down that many flights.

Third Time Is A Charm!

Enjoyed our third time at Long Beach Resort. Alway look for walk in shower and recliners. So comfortable. Bed comfortable and the view of the ocean, beach and the sunsets were enjoyable. Easy to work with Bill. Having a list of his condos is a keep! Hope to visit PCB again and stay at LBR.

The property is exactly how it is listed pics in all! Loved! looking out the windows of the gulf from the bedroom. It was amazing! The water views are magnificent! This property is good I would rent it again it just need some small tweaks and it would be perfecto! I reached out to the property manager about concerns and he responded immediately! Family vacation!

We had the best week! It was our second year in PCB for our yearly vacation, and this definitely topped last years stay as far as a condo goes! Most importantly It was clean! It had everything you could possibly need as far as cooking goes! Great views! Elevators are great and FAST! Pool was super nice being the ocean was a bit rough. It was nice having 3, made things a little less crowded. The only problem we had had was with the dryer, it would only run for maybe five minutes no matter what setting you put it on, so it took quite a while to dry one load of clothes. Other than that minor thing everything seemed to be great! We will definitely be back!
