Starfish Wishes ~ Cozy getaway in the heart of town w/a private fenced backyard

The property backs up to Signal Hill Golf Course. We are .7 miles from beach access #24 (14 minute walk image on listing/must cross 2 busy roads Lagoon Dr. & Thomas Drive). Parking for 3 vehicles. Additional vehicles? Please reach out to see if we can accommodate as we have potential space for boats too. Quiet back privacy fence yard w/ grill, putting green, outdoor shower, corn hole, and patio to relax. Property is off main busy road, turn in slowly so you do not miss the turn. Smoking outside only (marijuana prohibited). Pet friendly!

This is a two bedroom one bathroom home. The laundry room is accessed from the carport.

Our home sleeps 5. We have it available for maximum 6 guests (5 and 1 infant)due to septic and sometimes people bring little ones that stay in a pack and play that people bring, or they bring their own sleeping accommodations. 6 guests is the maximum that we allow. We have 1 king bed (sleeps 2), 1 queen beds (sleeps 2), & 1 single rollaway bed (sleeps 1) =5 guests for the sleeping arrangements.

2 gravel parking places and 1 carport parking space available.

•This listing is priced for 5 guests (infants age 2 and under are not included in this price). Additional guests after 5 are $25 per guest per night. Maximum capacity for this home is 5 and 1 infant. If there are additional guests they must be discussed and approved. The guest count staying MUST match the guest count listed on VRBO

Pets - The pet fee is $100 - this is good for up to 2 dogs. Additional pets must be disclosed and approved with additional pets fees.
*DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE.

**What to pack?
•Around the house items:
We provide starter toilet paper, starter paper towels, 2 laundry pods, starter trash bags, 1 bath towel per guest staying, starter single pod cup coffee (k-cups), vanilla creamer, starter regular ground coffee, and sweet n’ low. If you have a longer stay or go through items quickly these are items to think about adding to you pack or shopping list when in town.

•We also provide a charcoal grill in the backyard (please keep in backyard and don’t take off property). When using this you will need to bring charcoal, lighter fluid, and torch.

•Beach items:
We provide 1 beach cart, 1 cooler, & 4 beach towels. Additional items you may want to pack/purchase would be beach chairs, beach towels, another cooler if you need more space, sunscreen, aloe, beach umbrella, snorkel gear, and beach games!

•Game/Entertainment:
We provide horse shoes in the back yard, guess who game, dominoes, and uno card game. Please keep games on the property. For the TV we provide our Netflix, Hulu, & Disney Plus accounts to use with high speed internet.
