We had a great stay and Steve was quick to answer any questions I had. Everything was clean and well kept. The pool is right outside the back door, and the beach was just a short walk. My favorite part was the extra parking in front of the condo and the full size washer and dryer!

Really nice area/gated community; spacious, wonderful unit that had everything we needed. Owner was super easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had very promptly. Extra large pool right out back behind the unit. Conveniently located near so many places that we went. We would gladly stay here again!!

Great place to stay for summer vacation, place is really comfortable and offers everything you'll need to have a great time everyday location is perfect, panama city beach just around the corner. Our family of 5 had a great stay at this property. We came down to play Baseball and it was a perfect stay for us. We had a short walk to the beach, pools, and a short drive to the ballpark. The owners checked in on us periodically to make sure we had everything we need. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay there again.

First of all…the owners are wonderful and easy to get in contact with. Second…the place is gorgeous! Comfy beds in all rooms and the living room furniture is top notch. Very close to the pool and playground which is much more convenient with little ones. We throughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again! Thanks for a wonderful week!!
