Gulf Front 2nd Floor Condo! Free Beach Chairs!

Pelican Walk 201 is a 2nd Floor Gulf Front 3 Bedroom - 2 Bath Condo! PERFECT for FAMILIES or even multiple families sleeping up to 10 people. Nestled on the quiet end of Thomas Drive, close to St. Andrew's State Park, Pelican Walk Unit 201 is a spacious 3 bedroom end unit on the 2nd floor with a large wrap around balcony. Fully trained non shedding small dogs are welcome upon approval. Unit 201 is a popular low floor vacation rental at Pelican Walk with easy access to the beach from this end unit. FREE BEACH Chairs included seasonally March through October!

Unit 201 has a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom and the third bedroom has 2 queen size beds. The living area features plenty of seating with a two sleeper sofas and two recliners. The two full bathrooms are generous in size. The guest bath has a custom tile shower and the master bath has a walk-in shower. The kitchen has been updated and is well equipped. Also, included is a washer and dryer in the condo. The wrap around balcony is Gulf front and overlooks the East pool and Beach. It is the perfect spot to watch the kids play in the pool or take in the view of the Gulf's emerald green water!

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay! Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access with beach service, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickle ball, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, gas & charcoal grill areas, and more! Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation!

*Only rental units that are designated “Pet Friendly” will allow animals. The Pelican Walk Owners Association charges a non-refundable "pet fee" of $150.00 per pet. There is a 2 dog maximum per condo with a weight limit of 20 pounds per dog.
*All Pets must be fully housetrained! Guests must have pet occupancy approved at the time of booking. Please provide weight and breed of dog to be added to the reservation. Guests that have a qualifying service animal must request accommodations at the time of booking.

Amazingly it was the perfect Place

Other than our side of the condos elevator not working, everything else was great. We will certainly be back. Pool on both sides of bldg. Nice hot tub. Beds were very comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another great vacation at Pelican Walk. I come a few times a year and stay in different condos but always in Pelican Walk. This management team is top notch and that is what really sets this complex apart from others in PCB. Kylee and Marla in the office are virtual magicians, doing everything they can to make sure you have a great stay. The grounds keepers led by Michael always have the property looking pristine. Vacations are expensive and it is reassuring to know you can count on Pelican Walk to exceed your expectations time and time again!

Nice room, but not very clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice, updated room and it's in a great location on the property. However, it was lacking cleanliness. The master bedroom/bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. We reported this to the office staff and they were very willing to send the housekeeper back up, however we were on our way to purchase some Febreze so we declined. In general, no dusting of the furniture or cleaning of the glass/mirrors in the unit appeared to have been done. There was still a good bit of sand on the floor and the couches had sand all over them. I think with more attention to cleaning this unit, it would be a great place to stay.
