  • This stunning two-bedroom and two-bath beachfront condo offers luxury and convenience. With privacy as a high priority, the small 2nd bedroom with bunks has a separate door but does not have its own closet. Amazing Gulf views from the master bedroom and living area make this the perfect vacation choice. This kitchen comes well stocked with all you may need! This home sleeps 7 and is just steps to the sand and Gulf.

First we love the Sunrise property & stay every year. We usually get a 3 bedroom on a end unit but it was just the two of us this year. The view is beautiful and this unit was clean and met our needs on this trip. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working however it was not that crowded so it really was not an issue until checkout day. Would stay at this unit again.

Overall good stay

The bathtub in the front of the condo would not drain properly. The sheets on the master bed seemed a bit old. Other than that is was a good stay.

Decent condo

Pros: Location is great, pools were nice and warm, elevators were fast. Cons: garbage disposal didn’t work, good kept coming back up, showers didn’t drain properly, toilets in need of a good clean, no sheets for the pull out couch, sliding door in main room didn’t open.

Softball Tournament Accommodations

Close to both Frank Brown and Publix sports. Easy access to restaurants and Walmart. 4 very fast elevators work well to even the higher floors. Beach access from parking garage. Parking garage is great, do not bring trailers or lifted trucks. Room was great. Very clean and had the things we needed.

Summer 2024

We love staying at Sunrise Beach! The condo was accurate in its description of "million dollar views." The views from the balcony are spectacular. We had no real issues or concerns that required attention. But here are things that should be noted for future stays. The coffee pot had not been cleaned. The temperature in the condo is controlled so unless you are in there to adjust it, you will return with the setting being on 78 degrees. When we were there, PCB had a heat advisory which meant coming in to a condo at 80 was frustrating. We would have preferred to have adjusted the setting to our preference. It would take time to get it to cool off for sleeping. We were very thankful for the ceiling fan (and box fan). The balcony furniture is in very poor condition. Only two of the chairs did not have tears. We were concerned the ones that did not were going to break. The mattress and bedding are "different." If we are to stay again, I would bring my own. If you like hospital style sheets, it is fine. My husband loved the mattress pad as it made the bed very soft. It was not comfortable for me. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would book this condo again.

Great rental!

The condo was very clean and location was central to lots of activites, restaurants and shops. Beach and pools were great with a nice snack bar at the pool. We will return!

Sunrise Beach

The place was great and well stocked, the kids room was great and the beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities in order to cook in. I would've liked beach chairs being included with the rental, and the floor could've used an extra mopping, but we absolutely loved our stay, and we would definitely rent again! Thank you for letting us stay, here! The views were amazing!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing we would suggest is new beds they were very uncomfortable we had to use every extra blanket and comforter as padding to the king siz bed just to make it where you couldn't feel the springs.

Overall, the condo itself was very nice. Clean. Well equipped. The resort itself had great access to the beach and two pools and two hot tubs. I give it four stars because it probably just needs a little maintenance. The bathroom water closet, which was very nice to have in a condo, the fan didn’t work in the light buzz very loudly. The master bathroom, one of the sinks was very slow to drain. And while the master bed had a foam topper on it, it still was not very comfortable. The TV in the master bedroom quit working after the first night. I messaged the host and never heard back. Also our very last night the refrigerator started making the most hideous noise and so I had to pull it out from the wall and unplug it so that we could sleep. These are not major complaints, but I did let the host know and never got any communication back from him. Again, these are minor issues in the grand scheme of things and probably a little bit out of the host control, but still should be addressed. The facility itself is great and I would highly recommend..

Washer and dryer struggled, dishwasher missing wheels. Refrigerator was missing a door shelf as well as one was broken. Wet laundry was in the washing machine when we arrived and floors hadn’t been swept. Other than that everything was wonderful!

The floors were so disgusting. Our feet were black after walking around the room. The queen sleeper sofa had food in it when we pulled it out for the kids to sleep on. The property manager has never messaged me back after multiple messages. You couldn’t even open the stove all the way in the kitchen which wasn’t advertised.

Room had a beautiful view of the Ocean. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs.. only 1 of each was open all week.. Condo wasnt very clean, Dirty floors, Making your feet and socks black.. The air conditioner would cut off after 5 minutes. We were miserably hot. Couldn't sleep due to it.

We were swimming in the ocean. A man came up on his 4-wheeler blowing a horn at us. He told me I couldn't swim with a red flag up. Then he lied and reported that this is my 2nd warning (it was not). I was told I will be charged $500 if he sees me in the water again. VERY VERY rude.

Location was perfect.Beach front,beach view.Not far from Pier Park.As for the condo.The king size bed slept very comfortably.The pull out sofa was decent for our teenage daughter.Bunk beds slept comfortably.Now on the downside.The ceiling fans had sagging blades.The kitchen utensils were dirty and the silverware drawer.After we brought our luggage in and cooler,the condo was very cluttered.There’s not much room to move around in and the kitchen is very tight.Theres no room to even open the oven door.Over all the kitchen felt very dirty.Two of the fridge side compartments were also cracked.
