Had an amazing stay at ocean ritz! Condo was spacious and kitchen was very well equipped for the number of guests we had! Beach was great! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Panama City beach. Only suggestion would be to update city parking lot cost to $12 a day as it is currently stated as $5 a day in information provided by condo. Otherwise, no complaints and really enjoyed our time!

Huge condo for family, amazing views!

We went down to PCB for a family vacation on fall break with our sons, their wives, and our grandkids. This condo was perfect for the 3 couples and 3 grandchildren! It was clean & ready when we arrived. There was plenty of room for us all and privacy! Definitely had the biggest balcony I think I've ever seen on a condo in PCB. Beautiful sunset views from the balcony were amazing as well! Warren personnel were very easy to deal with and communicate with the entire process, even by text. They were very responsive to one issue we had and had someone out there that day. Beds were very comfortable, which was important to everyone! We cooked in pretty much every other night during our stay to save a little money and found the kitchen to be well equipped. It was the end of the busiest season (Mid October), so understandably there were a few things that needed to be "freshened" up, but overall this was a great condo for our family vacation!!!

We were very disappointed of the cleanliness of the condo.our daughter and granddaughter got bit my bed bugs. It will be reported. We couldn’t even use the closet in master bedroom it so must stored in there. The sheets wouldn’t stay on the beds. The jets in the jacuzzi tub was very nasty. I took pictures of everything and sent them to y’all. Rugs were full of sand and there was lent hanging on the fans and the base boards were very nasty. We have stayed at several condos and I will have to say this one was the nastiest one we have ever stayed at. This will be our last time renting through Warren Beach zrentals.

vacation on the beach

Stay was good, unit was clean. Only problem was difficulty getting an elevator at 4:00 on check day. To make matters worse, one of two elevators was not working. The mattresses on the bunk beds were shot. Everything else was just fine. Could use better furniture in the master suite.

Disappointing

Upon arriving, we immediately noticed the room had not been properly cleaned. There were dirty handprints covering the walls in the entry & the intake vent had dust hanging off of it. As we began to further inspect the unit we found thick mold on the jets in the master tub & dirty sheets (hair & what appeared to be makeup as it smeared when rubbed). After a short time in the unit, our feet were filthy from the floor. We contacted the property manager with photos & they did send the cleaning crew back, however, we needed to remove our children from the room for this so our early check-in was essentially pointless. Property management did refund our early check-in fee but nothing further. We also reported the master closet had paint cans & turpentine sitting on the floor which was a major safety hazard considering we had 4 children in the unit (it’s also filled with decor so not useable anyways). Half way through our stay we realized an outlet at bed level in the bunk room was completely exposed (plate missing) & easily could have shocked our 3 year old had her hand hit it. We contacted property management but simply got a reply if we’re truly unhappy then we can leave and they’ll refund the rest of our stay - no offer to send maintenance to fix it. Super disappointing overall. The unit has potential to be wonderful, but truly needs a deep clean and inspection. Please do a thorough check of the unit upon arrival especially if you have small children.

Relaxing 40th birthday.

Had a wonderful time celebrating my 40th birthday with close family everything on the property was as stated my only complaint is there was only one elevator working but they were redoing the other elevator but we were 18 Floors up so the steps on an option but as far as the unit itself it was exactly as it says it was love the balcony love the swimming pool of the beach had a great time

Worst experience ever!

2 hour delay on our check in time. 1 elevator for over 20 floors with at least a 30 minute wait for each trip up to the unit, and that elevator wasn’t working for hours one day. I just had knee surgery and can not walk 18 flights of stairs at 60 years old! Will never use this location or deal with these owners again!!! Was charge $100 for dirty towels! On the checkout list we were told to place dirty towels in the tub!!!

Great Location

Beautiful place, very spacious. The only downfall was the one of only two elevators was not working and just checking in (arriving to condo) took almost 2 hours. This is however, not the owners fault or something that could have been easily fixed, as per other condo residents mentioned it had been down for almost two weeks. Parking is easily accessible across the street and you can see your spot easily. Overall it was a wonderful vacation.

This property was a disappointment. Things in the condo were in disrepair such as cabinets in the kitchen coming off the hinges, ice-maker did not work, limited dishes and pots and pans and other supplies. The balcony, however, was the best thing about this place. Super views from the corner and the front. Best sunsets every night. In general, the place was not very clean, definitely not according to Covid protocol. I would not recommend it for the price we paid.

Great unit in a convenient location

My family and I (all adults) loved this property and used it for a short beach trip. The property was great, but the only thing I would flag is that the dishes/utensils/pots/pans provided had varying levels of cleanliness, presumably because the cleaning crew does not clean it and instead the prior guests are required to do so. Not everyone cleans the same, so we basically cleaned items before using them. Otherwise, the unit was conveniently located, the parking space was large enough for a mid-sized SUV, and the two elevators came quickly enough when we made our way to and from the beautiful beach!
