Location i thought was great! I thought the upstairs area could of used a bed instead of a pull out sofa.All in all it was a good experience and would recommend it to anyone

Great for the size group we had

Everything was fantastic except for two showers would stop up when in use causing us to have to stand in dirty water for the duration of the shower. Tried to contact owner but no reply.

The most disappointing thing was finding out we didn’t have beach chairs/umbrella. 1st condo in 15 years of us going that didn’t come with that. Everything else was minor- toilet was not clean, pillows were flat, some bathrooms only had 1 towel. No hangers in closet and some rooms didn’t have a dresser to put clothes in so we had to buy hangers. The ironing board was broken and iron was leaking rusty water. They did send us a new iron and ironing board and 1 pkg of hangers. They told us towels should be under the sink like we wouldn’t have thought to check there. There were not any so we had to buy more. Also air conditioner didn’t circulate well and shower was not clean. Also outdoor lighting was not working.

We recently stayed at this condo and while the location was nice, there were several issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. The upstairs pull-out "bed" was so uncomfortable that it couldn’t be used, which forced us to rearrange sleeping arrangements. Forcing my mother to share a king room with my 18 year old daughter. That second king bedroom also had no bathroom door, so we had to purchase a shower curtain for a little privacy. The master shower drain backed up almost immediately, leaving us standing in water while showering. On top of that, the unit was not as clean as expected on arrival, though housekeeping did come back to change bedding and clean a chair that both had white crusty stuff on it. We booked a 4-bedroom condo, but with the unusable pull-out and other problems, it really felt like only three bedrooms were functional. When we contacted the rental company about these issues, they told us they were already aware of them but there was nothing they could do. They even admitted they’ve had many complaints about the pull-out bed and have been asking the owner to replace it with a real bed, but the owner refuses.Overall, this was very disappointing given the price. With some basic updates and better upkeep, the condo could be a great place to stay—but until then, guests should be aware of these ongoing issues.

Thunder beach week

Everything went great. Free trailer parking for thw weeks of Thunder Beach. Condo has plenty of room. Up stairs only has a pull out, it really needs a bed. We bought a blow up mattress and everything worked out.
