We loved our stay here ! It was perfect for us . Close to nice restaurants and stuff nearby for kids . Great pool area . They thought of everything between all the start up such as toilet paper , paper towels , dishwasher cleaner , washing detergent , coffee and wagaon full of stuff for the beach . We would definetly stay here again !

Had a short stay for a weekend after Christmas with family. Everything was nice as far as amenities, dealing with host, location, etc.The only negative was unit could use a little updating and deeper cleaning.

Absolutely perfect location - ocean front balcony! Very comfortable condo with everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and bunkbed was easy to use. Clean! Very nice furnishings. All appliances worked properly. Never a noise from neighbors. Perfect January get away for 10 days.

Nice location and Value for money

Nice location. It was on 15th floor and had a great view of the ocean. Beach chair service feature was nice to have. Rooms are good, the beds and furniture were comfortable. Communication with Karen was excellent, she tried to meet our needs when we had any. Elevators are a bit confusing at first to go to the parking which is on the other building across the street. It would be helpful to include those instructions as well.But over all a great place to stay and relax.

Clean condo with everything you need. Comfort and relaxation at its finest. The special touches of a beach wagon and beach chairs was so amazing. The owners were wonderfully receptive. This has been our favorite condo we have stayed in after 8 years of coming. We cannot wait to book here again!

Great time at the beach

We were only there for 1 night but it was perfect. Easy to get in and short walk to the very fast elevator. Short walk to the chairs and umbrella which were included in the price! Beautiful view from the room. We will definitely rent this one again!!

The condo was great, barely had to leave the property. They have multiple pools and the zero entry pool was perfect for our 3 year old. There's plenty to do and can easily walk to the shops and restraunts. Would reccomend to anyone. Owners answered every question promptly and had no issues with checking in.

It was perfect! Clean condo with all the equipments we needed, steps from the beach. 10 minutes from the pier park. The only downside was a neighbor that was very noisy and waking us up at 2am but Karen (the owner) helped us with that. The chair service is a plus.

BEAUTIFUL! Karen was so sweet, responded quickly and her condo was perfect… Our favorite one in 5 years is coming to PCB. The views were amazing, the condo was spotless and fully stocked, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. There were tons of restaurants and attractions within walking distance (we recommend Sharky’s and The Homemade Ice Cream Shop)! We can’t wait to stay in Karen’s condo again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Panama City Beach and more Beach

You can never have to much beach time. Whether you like walk on the beach or enjoy sitting, resting on the balcony. Listening to the ocean waves. This unit located on 15th floor was perfect. The owner has set up all you need to stay and play or go out walking distance to find the best restaurants or happy hours. The Skybar connected to condo building is a bonus to stop and have cocktail. We will be booking again in future.

Amazing views!

Amazing stay! Beautiful place; perfect spot on the beach. All of the amenities are wonderful. My kids LOVED the pool and the ice cream bar. I had the tiniest issue with getting into my actual room (probably operator error.) Karen answered the phone as soon as I called in regards to the issue. She walked me through the process of getting in my room. Super easy fix! We had everything we needed to cook in the condo. Very clean place. 10/10 would come back and stay again! : )
