    Very nice one bedroom w/ bunk beds condo. Includes Roku TV/DVD/VCR, microwave, phone, & a beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico! Very close to fabulous dining, terrific shopping & great restaurants in the area. Within walking distance to Signal Hill Golf Club.

    Summit features 2-swimming pools (1 heated), 2 kiddie pools, poolside tiki bar, On-site beach service, hot tubs, beauty shop, game room, sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, jet skis & waverunners... all right on site.

Gorgeous view!

We came for a quick two night stay and brought my 9 year old down for a little getaway. We appreciated the prompt communication from the owners anytime we reached out. The best part was definitely the amazing view from the large balcony. There were some beach toys and boogie boards on the patio to use, which was quite the highlight for my daughter! Note- check with the Summit for pool closures, as we were VERY disappointed that of the two pools, one was closed almost our entire stay and the other closed every night between 730 and 8. No fault of the owners though, just something to be mindful of.

The condo had trash under things in multiple rooms, one of the toilets didn’t flush, the ice maker didn’t work, and dryer didn’t dry unless ran through 2-3 times! Positive side there was beach toys on the balcony, view was amazing, & it was a cute little condo! Would I stay again? Yes! Just hope manager can get those things fixed for the next person!

Great Location & Host is Responsive

This condo is in a great location and our host was very responsive. I will agree with others who have reviewed this property that the elevator situation is not ideal. We gave up waiting and walked the 8 flights of steps several times. My main complaint is that I thought there were 2 bathrooms based on the listing. This condo technically has 1 1/2 baths. It is one large bathroom with 2 sinks and 2 toilets divided by a pocket door, so only one shower. We made it work though.

Nice property, but condo was filthy!

Our overall stay was very enjoyable. The Summit is a nice property, the pools and most of the amenities were very nice as was the staff, with the exception of it being “hell week of spring break” and the pools and hot tub closing at 9 instead of 11. With that being said, the condo that we stayed in was a cute little space, but it was absolutely filthy! I messaged the property manager or owner, I’m not sure which, and sent him pics and a list and the only response I got was, “thanks for the heads up”. So, here are the things that I took issue with: • There were dirty dishes in dishwasher • Stove light was out • Lamp doesn’t work in living room • Ceiling fan in living room doesn’t work • Floors are filthy • Mold in shower • No pillow cases for extra pillows so had to wrap them in a sheet from bunkbed • Pull out couch has about a 3” mattress that is nothing but springs • Underneath couch and beds looks like it hasn’t been swept up in a year • Lamp shade in bedroom is broken • Blankets on bunkbeds smell like mildew • Drawers are full of sand and trash • Bunk beds have old candy in them…in the beds • Main bedroom spread has clothing stickers stuck to it so clearly has not been washed • Old nasty paper stuck to the floor beside the toilet in bathroom • Mold in shower • Balcony has old, brown cigarettes all over it • Couch cushions are dirty and stained • Mattress pads are all filthy and stained and there was NO mattress pad on the top bunk

We had a great time, the conversation with the owner was prompt and informative. The check-in was easy the only issue I had was there was sand in the bunk beds. I would return again the area was very convenient to the beach and small restaurants.
