Had a great time being centrally located in a super clean condo. Pools were great and chairs service great. Poolside store, restaurant and bar was perfect. Kids loved the bunk beds. Perfect for our family of 5

Awesome Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation, and the place was beautiful. It worked well for our family of 3. Paula was also very pleasant and made sure everything we needed was taking care of. Hopefully we can be back again one day.

Lovely place!

We love bringing the kids to PCB every year and like to try new places. We found a gem in this one! The views off the balcony were beautiful. Very close to the beach. Two pools, which was clutch! Two chairs and an umbrella were included every day for the beach, so we didn't have to pack our own! The unit was beautifully decorated and clean. You have a coffee pot that will brew a pot or you can use K pods. Fully equipped kitchen and large fridge. Overall we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! Thank you, Paula, for being a wonderful hostess!

It was beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. I definitely will be reserving this condo again next yr!! The only complaint was the pool closed at 8pm this yr.

There were plenty of dishes, and thankfully a full sized coffee pot. This one came with free beach chair rentals which was wonderful. I would definately stay in this unit again. Paula was great to work with. The only thing I was disappointed with was the pool closing at 8pm. We have been staying at the Summit for over 10 years and it is usually open till 11. The grandkids were looking forward to movie night in the pool. This is not Salty Life's fault. They were wonderful to work with.

It was far enough away from the craziness of spring break, yet centered around and close to many attractions. The condo is located on the 5th floor which gives you a wonderful view of the resort as well as the beach. It was modern and clean and had everything we need. The washer and dryer is a must for us so that we can pack less and just keep things clean while we are there.Another great bonus is the chair and umbrella service on the beach. It was so nice having this each day. We flew from NY and couldn’t really bring our own gear so this was wonderful to have.There is a small store downstairs that sells beach items and food items which was awesome because I forgot my sunglasses at home and we ran out of sunblock within a few days. Everything we needed was on site.The best part about this rental was Paula. She was there to answer any questions that I had and ensured that we were relaxed and enjoying our stay. I would recommend this unit and this host. This was such a wonderful getaway for my husband and I and our two boys.

Ideal location for Spring Break time as it is on the quieter end of the beach. Location was great for walking to restaurants and shops. Nice pool area. The unit was well-stocked and nicely decorated. Two bathrooms were a plus. Manager responded promptly to any questions.

Stay at Summit

Although the place was a good size and and set up nicely, it does require some deep cleaning. When we first walked in there was a door to our right that was completely covered in dust. We ended up vacuuming it ourselves because it was so bad. The kitchen cabinets were sticky and dirty. So was the inside. We ended up wiping some of that stuff down with clorox wipes as well. The bunk beds in the hallways had q tips, chips, and other gross food and objects underneath the mattresses. The fans were also covered in dust on top, so we were too scared to turn them on because we didn't want it flying all over the place. Other than that, the place was okay. Just really needs some deep cleaning done.
