With a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin trundle in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The master bathroom offers a touch of luxury with a soothing jetted tub. Convenience is key with a washer and dryer right in the unit.

Rental Rules & Information
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book. • A rental agreement must be signed after booking
• Complimentary Beach Chairs service (2 chairs and an umbrella in season March 15, 2025 - October 31, 2025)
• Pets are not allowed, except for owners as per Sunrise HOA rules.
• Parking registration is required online through the resort's portal, with a one-time $50 fee per registered vehicle. Each unit has a limit of 2 parking spaces.
• The maximum vehicle height for the parking garage is 6' 8'. Oversized vehicles, scooters, rentable mini vehicles, boats, and trailers are not permitted on the property.

Don't Forget to Bring
While Shoreline provides an initial supply of essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags for your first 24 hours, it's advisable to bring or purchase additional items as needed. Consider packing paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else that will ensure your perfect vacation.
