5 Star Rated Condo and one of the best gulf front complexes on the beach! Seychelles is close to everything from St. Andrews State Park, marinas with recreational boating activities, restaurants and Schooners, next door (for great food and a great time)! Renovated with bamboo flooring,, furnishings, appliances and installation of a custom mosaic tile and tiled shower! Heated pool and hot tub along with an exercise room are some of the amenities offered. This 7th floor unit has a beautiful view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It can accommodate up to six guests with a king bed in master room, two bunks in the hall and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Tastefully decorated and locally owned, guests are sure to enjoy this condo and surroundings of east Panama City Beach!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach condo! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with stunning ocean views and a clean, beautifully decorated space that felt like a home away from home.The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was pure bliss.The condo itself was well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. The Wi-Fi was fast, the beds were super comfortable, and the AC kept the place cool after long days in the sun.The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome.Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun family vacation, this condo is a perfect choice. Loved the stat at Seychelles!! Wonderful lady to rent from and have rented from her twice already. Will do so again!! Will always stay at one of her condos. Clean and everything you need!

I'm very happy and loved this location. Best sleep, best bed everything was great. Kitchen had everything this unit had salt/ pepper and storage containers containers. Just the best in everything.

Beautiful Condo

We stay at this condo every year when we come to PCB. It is clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We spend most of our time on the balcony watching the beach/ocean. With Schooner's right next door we never have to get in the car. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

Beautiful condo in the perfect location on Thomas Drive. We came down for a couple of days rest before the holiday and the condo was exactly what we needed! Owner was easy to reach and we love the quiet location. Schooners is right next door and St. Andrew’s State Park is just 5 minutes away.

Relaxing trip for two

My husband and I have been coming to Panama City for 30 years with family (kids and now grandkids). This trip, however, we just wanted a quick relaxing trip for ourselves. We have never stayed in a condo as clean as this one. I usually bring a few cleaning supplies when we travel just because the places we stay are never clean to my liking UNTIL we stayed here. I was pleasantly surprised that it was exceedingly above what I expected. I didn’t have to clean anything and was able to enjoy the first day of vacation just relaxing instead of cleaning. Thank you so much for such a clean comfortable and relax stay. I will recommend and definitely stay here again. Also a plus was that The condo was beautiful and well stocked as well. We will definitely be renting again.

Beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and it was beautifully furnished. I have young children, so it’s important to me to have a clean place to stay, especially the floors and showers. I appreciate the extra little supplies of k-cups, soap, and toiletries that got us through until we could shop. We would happily stay at this condo again and again. The beach access has been rebuilt and has a nice shower area to rinse off the sand. We parked on the third floor parking garage to easily access the crosswalk to the elevators - also were you can find luggage carts. I love the convenient location of this condo to some of our favorite restaurants— Schooners, Captain Anderson’s, Captain Jack’s, Patches, and Hunts Oyster Bar. It is also conveniently located near St. Andrew’s State Park which has a perfect play area for little kids or those that prefer calm water.

Beautiful condo, horrible HOA

This condo is amazing, and has all the amenities you could need. It’s very clean, cozy, and the location is great! Unfortunately, the HOA is REALLY dropping the ball. The elevators are awful, and break down frequently resulting in 15+ minute waits. Both of the hot tubs are broken…only one hot tub would hold water as the other has a leak, but the filled hot tub isn’t heated. Also, one pool is slightly heated, and the other is freezing cold. The beach access was destroyed by the January tornado so you have to walk around Schooners to access the beach. These pool/hot tub issues make it tough to enjoy water on the cooler/overcast days.

Off season stay

This property was excellent. Maybe the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed at. Proximity to Schooners was an advantage also. Communication with owner was excellent. Thank you for the stay. We will definitely rent this property again.
