This beautifully decorated home has an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area and living room on the first floor with access to the first private balcony with a view of the gulf and overlooks the pool. The 2nd story offers a 2 full sized beds with access to a private balcony with amazing gulf views. With 4 sleeping spaces and over 1,200 sq. ft. you can comfortably sleep 7 people.

The condo is on the West End of PCB in a low-rise unit, which means no waiting for elevators, no upstairs neighbors, and no beach congestion. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and cookware you may need. The unit also has a washer/dryer and stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas for your convenience. When you don’t want to cook, you can walk to several restaurants and shops conveniently located near Horizon South. There is also easy access to parking right outside the unit, no dealing with parking garages and limited availability.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the location since it was really close to the beach. The place was nice and spacious. We would like more dishes that are not plastic. We did not know that we need to have bracelets for the property and parking pass which added to the cost of stay. It was comfortable for five peaople.

It's difficult for my husband to navigate that many steps. We would stay with a FourStar rental again - would just need to be on the first floor level.

A wonderful vacation stay for your family

We enjoyed Staying at Horizon South Beach house! It was such a cozy place to stay so much that it felt like home by the end of the week. They have fun things to do on the property as well. Would Highly recommend staying here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay the condo itself was great the security of the complex it is located in...not so much. The security is a sham. Strangers can just walk in as pedestrian gate locks are broken or non existent. Horizon South needs to pay more attention to security than installing more speed bumps. I had a very expensive E bike stolen. It was cable locked. The money we had to spend d on parking passes and arm bands was a waste as I never had anyone check on me and I never wore the wristband.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit in the property was great, short walking distance to beach, several restaurants and stores. Easy access for entry. The unit was overall very clean except for the kitchen floor; not sure if this was actually mopped or not bc I couldn’t tell at first until I walked on it with bare feet. There is a coffee maker but no filters were available; Just kind of thought that these go hand in hand with each other. The actual property/resort (Horizon South) is very quiet & nice; but we did not use any of the amenities. We were a little peeved that the pool hours changed from 11pm to 8pm; we found out that the change had happened one month prior to our stay; this should probably be updated in email and listing. There is a laminated informational sheet, but I did find that some of the information needs to be updated, like phone numbers. I tried calling the property management about the trash sitting outside and none of those numbers worked. Although the unit seemed older, it was very well maintained. We would stay again but maybe on ground level.
