The Space:
* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 1409 from 11/17 - 12/2. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

This cozy condo has everything your family needs for the perfect beach getaway! The Gulf view balcony is a breathtaking sunset, while the open floor plan is great for your entire family to spend time together! Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub with beach views. There is also on-property beach access for you to use any time for your convenience.

This centrally located resort is close to some of the area's most popular shopping and dining, as well as the beach. Just five miles down the coast, you can enjoy breathtaking Florida nature at St. Andrews State Park, where you can picnic, hike, fish, and view wildlife.

IMPORTANT:

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, the maximum occupancy is 5 guests INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in fines and ejection. VCR#25840
