The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – April 2026). Please note that dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Come visit the Summit- a lovely condominium complex right on the beach. In addition to the building’s incredible amenities, you will find that this condo has everything you need for a great stay: a one-bedroom with a fully stocked kitchen and flat-screen TVs. This place is great for the whole family and is a wonderful spot to base yourself when exploring the Emerald Coast.

Summit is located directly on the beach, providing easy access for guests looking to explore the coast. There is also an on-site swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness center. This complex is a short drive to St. Andrews National State Park. There is nearby shopping, dining, and nightlife within walking distance from the building. Visitors can take a 20-minute drive for a day full of shopping at Pier Park.

Weekend trip

The place was a great place spot to get away for the weekend. The space was perfect for my girls and I. The only thing was the balcony door was not able to be opened due to it being screwed shut at the top and the girls said the bunk beds were not that comfortable. We added more blankets to the bunk beds and they were fine So overall it has a great atmosphere outside by the pool with music playing and drinks for the adults , great location, and definitely would stay at this condo again in the future.

Needs cleaned and updated

Screen door had no screen and was broken. No dark shading on windows to sleep well. Floors were filthy, especially the linoleum in the bathrooms. Need update with cloth furniture in Livingroom and dining seats, appeared dirty. Photos on website were deceiving. Patio Chairs and view were awesome.

Cockroaches and hairy beds with an exceptional beach view!

As soon as we walked in we found a squished cockroach. We then went to the balcony to see the ocean which was an excellent view, however, the door is really hard to open and close. When we went to bed there were hairs all over the sheets, a sock from previous renters in the bunk, and the pull out couch looked as if the sheets had never been washed. The king bed was comfortable, but the twin bunks and the pull out felt like you were laying directly on the springs. There are no curtains in the master bedroom and even at midnight the outside light made the room look like mid day. We also found another cockroach and a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower. Again, the beach view was amazing, but we won’t be coming back.

Perfect location but not well maintained and was filthy.

Unfortunately i was disappointed,it was very dirty, 4/9 of the lights did not work and the light fixture over the bunk bed was gone and a rag was stuck in the hole in the ceiling to cover. Sliding door handle was broken and sitting on the side table. Only 1 elevator worked (most of the time) so lots of stair climbing. Change machine was broke so unable to do laundry. Staff at the office had an I don’t care attitude. However beach and pools were nice, baking bobs was an awesome asset to the property and they were very friendly. It really could have been phenomenal but not executed well. Hopefully they will fix these issues.
