The Space:

Important Property Updates: Please note that the property will be undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026. While work is planned during this period, dates may shift due to weather or construction progress. Guests may experience occasional construction noise, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.The balcony for this unit has reopened with a temporary safety railing. It is completely safe to use, though it will be slightly smaller than usual during this time. As this work has already been considered in the pricing, no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

January 2026 Update: The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice (estimated reopening mid Feb 2026). The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

From this condo building, you can step outside and take in the view of the world's most beautiful beaches. Choose from an array of activities in Panama City Beach, from family-friendly adventure parks and water parks to jet skiing and scuba diving out in the ocean.

Enter into the spacious main room of the home, where you'll find comfortable furnishings and a sliding glass door out to the patio. In the living area, you can sit back after a long day in the sun and watch a show on the cable TV. There's also wireless Internet, so you can check the latest weather report or post your vacation photos.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll enjoy plenty of space to prepare your favorite meals or a picnic to take to the beach. There's even a dishwasher, so you don't have to worry about cleanup.

With one bedroom, a set of twin bunk beds, and a pull-out sofabed, this condo will accommodate up to 6 guests. From the balcony, you can gaze out at the Gulf while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a nice cocktail in the evening.

This home also includes a washer/dryer for your convenience.

When you're ready to cool off, head down to the community pool that features plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. Get in your usual workout over at the fitness center, or head down to the beach and enjoy the private beach access. Plan an al fresco meal thanks to the shared grill and nice outdoor seating.

Experience all the fun outdoor activities available in Panama City Beach. There's kiteboarding and parasailing, plus gentle ocean waves for anyone looking to learn how to surf! Head over to Shipwreck Island Water Park with the whole family or hit up Pier Park for some shopping and entertainment. The Gulf World Marine Park is also a popular spot for fun animal shows and exhibits.

Good location but not the best condo

We prefer the thomas drive side of panama where there isn't as much hustle and bustle. The condo itself was ok. Good room set up for family. The bathroom set up is a little odd but manageable. The room was very dirty when we arrived. My 2 yr old kicked his shoes off as soon as we arrived and wasn't on the floor for 5 minutes and it looked like his feet hadn't been washed in a year. The sheets on all the beds were stained and there was sand all in the master bed. The facility itself was good except for the elevators worked maybe two times our whole stay so we got our exercise climbing to the 6th floor multiple times throughout the day. The pool, tiki bar, little store, and restaurant set up is pretty great. Overall we had a good stay.
