Parking & Resort Registration

Tidewater Beach Resort Registration & Parking
To help ensure a smooth arrival, all guests are required to complete the resort registration process and pay the applicable Tidewater Resort registration fee prior to or upon arrival. Additional resort rules and guidelines will be provided during the registration process.

Wristbands
Resort wristbands are required for all guests and must be worn while on resort property. Replacement wristbands are available for an additional fee if lost or damaged.

Parking
All vehicles must be registered with the resort and always display a valid parking pass. One parking pass is included with the resort registration, and replacement parking passes are available for an additional fee.

Parking Rules
Parking is permitted only in designated parking areas. Vehicles that fail to display a valid parking pass or are parked in unauthorized locations may be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense. Please follow all Tidewater Resort parking regulations throughout your stay.

All guests must pre-register with the resort! Preregistering means wristbands are programmed and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the front desk on the 2nd level upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass. It is $50.50 for the pre-registration of a 2 bedroom.

Initial Supplies:

UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Enso Boarding Pass

After booking, you will receive a link to your Enso Boarding Pass. This digital guest portal will include everything you need for your stay, including check-in and check-out details, property information, guidebooks, and local recommendations. You'll also have access to bookable activities and any available add-ons, including pet fees or optional upsells, which you can review and agree to directly through the platform before your arrival.
