This 3 Bedroom Tidewater Beach Condo offers stunning beach views from the privacy of your own balcony. Encounter the most comfortable beach setting within a short walk to Pier Park.
The condo offers 1950 sq. ft and 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All the furniture and appliances are brand new, just purchased January 2018, creating the ultimate comfort for everyone enjoying it. The kitchen is well stocked and just remodeled with everything needed for a home made meal.
The living room is very roomy, so everyone can sit together and enjoy the breathtaking views. The unit has a full size washer and dryer.

Overall a good vacation. The view was absolutely amazing!! Communication with the management was great and we were allowed to check in early.The elevators took too long to come to the 23rd floor, when they did arrive they were packed with people. Excessively long waits for elevator. But that has nothing to do with the condo itself, which was ok. It's older and needs updates throughout and repairs on some closet/pantry doors. Kitchen could use more supplies like hand towels, cooking utensils...The major concern was the A/C unit did not cool the master bedroom. It stayed extremely warm when the rest of the condo was comfortable. We had to purchase a fan to try and draw air from the living room into the master bedroom.Overall "ok" stay, won't book this condo again because of the elevators and lack of A/C in the master.

Summer 2023! Tidewater 2302

I usually go to PCB once a year, and have always had a great time. But this year was the best! The condo was the best ever!! Everything was perfectly clean, had everything we needed there. The rooms were so spacious and nicely decorated! The appliances were very up to date! The view from the 23rd floor is breathtaking! I could go on and on … definitely would recommend to families that need the extra space!!

Room and everything was really nice.

The only exception was the check in and elevators were horrendous. Apparently everyone’s check in is the same time and only 2 people checking everyone in which took forever. Most of the elevators seemed to not work at different times and the wait to use them was 30 minutes or longer. When they had a staff member working them everything seemed to go smoother.

The actual condo itself is nice and in a very good location. But the elevator situation was beyond ridiculous. The two elevators on the end of each side did not work at all. Going out at night was a nightmare. You would wait 30 to 45 minutes just to get an elevator down to the bottom floor.

Not a pleasant stay

Pro - The property location is good. Closer to the pier. The apartment has security and front office open all the time. Cons The chairs in the balcony are broken. Bathrooms were not clean, especially master bathroom behind the wash it’s really dirty. Extra pillows and sheets provided were very old and dusty. Washing machine was not working. I called in the emergency number for help and no one answered or called back. The owner responded to email after couple of hours - by then we fixed the issue ourselves. Overall would not recommend this property.

Great Location NEEDS UPDATING!!

Place is great in size and location is perfect. However, 2 ceiling fans did not work called maintenance company they checked them out and said they need to be replaced and that relied on owner which never happened and you could definitely tell you needed those fans. Couches are dirty snd cushions are worn out to where they need replacing. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms great size. Don't count on water pressure because it doesn't exist,there are hotels that have better water pressure. The outlets around the kitchen sink are not secure and pose an eletrical hazard should water reach them. The pantry door wants to come off the track when you open it. The closet in the bathroom with washer and dryer in it only has one side with a door and its about to fall off. The bathrooms were not cleaned very well, dust all over the fixtures and previous rental peoples hairs on shower curtains and tub areas.

Check-in was fairly easy. You have the option to register ahead of time, and it is highly encouraged. In the end, it makes the check in process easier. They have carts available for your luggage, which is very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Wi-fi is available, but spotty in the bedroom closest to the front. The host was easy to communicate with and answered quickly. The checkout process was super easy.
